On New Year's Eve, we bought decorations for the Christmas tree, garlands, etc. The staff deserves a special mention. They are treated politely, they try very hard to help

A super store, I really like it,a large selection,there is everything from office to children's transport,a lot of different books, clothes,shoes. The prices are reasonable, the area is huge, you can find everything you need. For the new year, there are garlands and a crazy selection of Christmas trees. The store is great, but in the branch on the Attack there is a girl administrator, European appearance is very rude towards colleagues. Before the new year, in front of the customers, she told the cashier loudly and rudely to write an explanatory note after the service.
The fact confused everyone, she disgraced herself first of all...and not the cashier (she was a little late from lunch, but this is not a reason to deal with customers)
I made a remark to the girl because it is unpleasant to hear and observe.
I doubt very much that she has changed.
We don't go there anymore. We go to the grand Park, the staff is friendlier there and there are no public showdowns.

Specifically, my son and I bought pistols there twice and a gun for my birthday broke both. We bought makas for physical education - we were worn for a long time, there was also a ball, fun experiments, everything is great. Only the toy guns broke. I can't say for the rest. A normal store in general!

I had to urgently buy a gift for a child, while I was with a tame, small dog, they wouldn't let me into the store, I had to quickly stumble something on the Internet and ask sellers to find something similar. Respect to the sales consultants, apparently because they were Russian, they adequately responded to the request, because everywhere in Europe they treat this calmly and I'm used to being able to safely go into any store if the dog is on his hands and is not aggressive at all. The girl at the checkout was dismissive, it was very unpleasant. The child liked the gift.
