A fairly standard hotel, the staff is friendly. Of course, there is very little room in the room, but it is quite normal to stay for a couple of nights. The bus stop is nearby, I do not recommend restaurants nearby, walk up the street and to the right, there will be several good cafes on the left side. There is also a bakery nearby called Lakhmanzhunov, which is also very tasty. It's convenient to get there, we've hardly been in the room. You can ask the man at the reception, he will tell you about the restaurants and the sights. We didn't order anything from him, but he kindly provided us with a map and showed us where to go.

We booked a hotel with a friend for 4 days. I recommend the hotel. Clean bed linen, comfortable beds, nice design. There are many attractions nearby and a number of restaurants just a stone's throw from the hotel. The staff is hospitable, they advised a budget restaurant where it is delicious and budget-friendly. The rooms are different. We had a 4th floor overlooking the bay. We were satisfied. The room is really not equipped with appliances, this is a minus.

A very cozy, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Near the sea, near the fish market and fish restaurants. The hotel is located among the restaurant streets, and if you move a little away from the restaurant area, there are local inexpensive cafes and canteens. Therefore, food for every taste and budget. There is no cafe in the hotel itself, but you can have tea or coffee downstairs. Opposite the exit from the hotel there is an ice cream shop, I recommend it, it is very tasty. If you are carrying suitcases, it is most convenient to get to the hotel from Yanikapi metro station: although a little further, but from there along the railway tracks there is a smooth path without ascents and descents: from the metro station go towards the sea, there is an elevator at the railway station. Or up the stairs)) Other paths to the hotel go along steep cobblestone streets

This is a very good hotel for Fatih at an adequate price. A very hospitable host, he will tell you everything. Of course, there are disadvantages, but in general it is clean and convenient, it's a long way from the tram, but there is a branch train nearby, 1 stop and you can change to the subway. There is a legendary local ice cream maker in front of the hotel, a very cool guy

Nice inexpensive hotel, clean, nice. Super friendly host, pleasant staff. There is a small elevator, which is a luxury for small hotels in Istanbul, and a suitcase does not need to be dragged to the floors.

All minor flaws are brightened up by the good-naturedness and hospitality of the owner. The disadvantages are only in the neighborhood of a noisy restaurant street, where there is musical fun and revelry until late.

A great and budget place. The hosts are wonderful and friendly people. We helped with all the issues. We cleaned every day, changed towels on a daily basis. You can always have hot tea/coffee downstairs. There is Wi-Fi. Close to the historical center and the Marmara Sea. I recommend you to check in.

Take earplugs with you- restaurant patrons walk until morning, and seagulls scream loudly. The location is gorgeous, in the old town, and the staff is courteous. The room is tiny, but clean and everything is there (wardrobe, hangers, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, slippers). There is also a kettle, a TV and a mini fridge. The shower hose was broken and they couldn't set up the TV themselves - the next day the guys on duty at the reception decided everything and repaired it. And also a balcony and a wonderful view of the sea! I recommend it for true tourists!

Fatih district. The historical center of Istanbul. Within walking distance from the main attractions, very close to the street of restaurants. It is noisy, crowded and not convenient for living. The price-quality ratio is below average for the hotel. Very small rooms. In general, I do not recommend Fatih for living. It is better to stay in a newer area, and come to the historical center on excursions.

The room in the room is 5-6 square meters, the air conditioner is noisy and does not cool the room, the sconces above the bed are broken and hanging on wires. Cheap and half-fallen gilding everywhere, which further emphasizes the squalor of the room and its shortcomings. A bed with a hard mattress. You will sleep at night to noisy Turkish music and the hum of cars from the motorway. The claimed sea view from the balcony is only possible to imagine, but not to see ... There is a fire escape next to the balcony, so it is easy to get into the room from the street, especially if you do not have a key. The hotel is recommended to extremely unassuming tourists who are lost in the city, trusting and believing in beautiful promotional photos of the hotel and "paid" positive reviews. 200 m away is a wonderful hotel, cheaper and more comfortable, with a pleasant lobby, a large room and, most importantly, in hot summer, a working air conditioner.

We lived in October 2021. When booking, they indicated a wish - 2 separate beds, and they were provided to us. The room was large, but: the shower door was broken and the water was not leaving. And the window... It's purely symbolic, you can't see anything from it and the light practically doesn't get into the room. Well, fans of confined spaces and darkness will like it, so this is information for your information, not a claim. In the morning, we talked with the administrator and we were moved to the 3rd floor, to a room with a view of the sea. the sea is really visible through the neighboring roofs and the multi-lane road. In this room, the toilet flowed, but the problem was quickly fixed (although after 3 days it flowed again))) And the room is very small. But it is light, there is a balcony (!) and a little bit of the sea is visible. As for me, it is definitely better than in the crypt where we were originally settled) But then you see for yourself what is more important to you. The theme of silence in the hotel deserves special attention. It IS almost NEVER QUIET. Someone wrote in the reviews that the owners took care of the noise insulation. So, we didn't notice. Next to the hotel there is a whole street with restaurants and from about 20 to 24 hours the musicians invited there are doing their best *** on all kinds of instruments and singing something national (they subside by one o'clock in the morning). And the drummers try the most) And there is no way to escape from them. The closed windows only slightly muffle the noise, and this applies to all rooms, even those that overlook the courtyard. Although, fans of the local flavor will probably like it. In the Sultanahmet district, we have not seen such noisy streets as this one during our walks. Yes, if you choose a room with a view of the sea, you will also have added noise from the road. Personally, all these sounds didn't bother me, but my sister couldn't sleep even with earplugs. That's why I wrote the truth for those who are light sleepers and for whom silence is essential. Who doesn't care about the noise, I'll tell you about the beds. Mattresses are not sagging, pillows, blankets and linen are new and clean. It's like a test here. Also about cleanliness. Every day, towels were changed (large, small and for feet) and the trash was taken out. The floor, however, has never been washed in a week, but we are not offended. Moreover, they gave out disposable slippers. Soap and soap accessories were also regularly replenished. In general, there are no complaints about cleaning, thanks to our aunt for the order. The nuance of the location. If you are going to go to this hotel from a/n not by taxi, check if there is a bus from the airport to the Bayazit stop. It is from there that you have to go down to the hotel about 800 meters. We were given this information in correspondence with the hotel. In fact, it turned out that for some reason the bus has not reached Bayazit for a MONTH and everyone is dropped off earlier, at the Aksaray stop (the distance to the hotel is 2 km), and traveling through the night shopping streets with suitcases is of course a shopping center. The hotel naturally knew about this circumstance, but did not warn, deliberately hiding the information. By the way, it was possible to take a tram from Aksaray, but it was still a long way to go to the bus stop. If you suddenly want to visit an outerwear store, a woman from the Gulmira reception will call a car and you will be taken to the leather and fur store "from the factory" for free. The range is small, and the price tag is decently higher than in Russia, but they have "great quality and all the most fashionable", if you know what I mean. Our conclusion is that we spent our time quite predictably. But, as they reassured us, AT LEAST they LOOKED AT it. It would be something)))) But here again, the same taste and color... maybe you'll like it. Now about the good things. In addition to cleanliness, the most important advantage of this hotel is the employee Rovshan. Incredibly polite and delicate, with a subtle sense of humor and innate intelligence. Speaks excellent Russian. A rare person who always gave good advice and recommendations on the case, without trying to get any benefit from it. Always friendly and ready to help in any matter. Personally, we were deeply impressed by his sincerity and kindness. Rovshan, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I hope you've already changed your place of work to something more decent! In general, it's fine, without enthusiasm, although we didn't expect much for such money.

A neat small hotel with a convenient location - 2-4 minutes to the bus stop, 7-10 minutes to the tram stop. There are restaurants on the next street, snack bars and shops a little higher, and several exchangers. The hotel staff is very hospitable and friendly. Gulmira works during the day, speaks excellent Russian, Ilshat and Zikrullah guys work at night, communicated with them in Turkish and English. The room is cleaned and towels are changed daily. There is delicious free tea in the lobby around the clock. I definitely recommend it! (lived at the hotel in November 2021)

A small but cozy room. We stayed for a few days and were satisfied. Upon check-in, we offered a room with a sea view at no extra charge! Also, the guys at the reception did not refuse requests - they even found a corkscrew in a nearby cafe)

I didn't like the hotel, the rooms were cramped, we came across no windows at all. Shower room for midgets, the height of the shower is 1.5 meters, not removable. Linen with a damp smell. At the reception, the guys only know Turkish, English is weak, there is no question about Russian at all.Since we stayed for 2 nights, we had to be patient, we will look for a better hotel on our next visit.

Will go... If you came to walk around the city, and not hang out at the hotel, then this option is suitable for you, cheap and angry. But, towels and sheets stink harshly of whiteness. Of course, it's better than nothing... But the smell is really very pungent. The staff is friendly, the cleaning is on schedule, the repair is tired

Does not match the price. It is overestimated by 2 times. We found it better, closer to all the sights and with breakfast, also cheaper by 20 €

The hotels are clean, cozy and warm. The only minus for us is noisy, because there is a whole street of restaurants nearby, but they make noise until 12 at night, if it doesn't bother anyone, then the hotel recommends))The staff is positive, kind-hearted!!!

The hotel is good for its money. We stayed for a week, the view from the 302 rooms is right on the sea. When leaving the hotel in the city, do not forget things, because climbing to the tram is like climbing Mount Everest, but when you go to the hotel from walking down it is a thrill. The room is small, but we just spent the night there. The room was cleaned every day. I advise you!
