This hotel situates slightly side from the center of the Yerevan. But it has something special, wich I’d never change to another, maybe more situated hotel in the center! This thing is spectacular view to the Ararat mountains!!! Our room had the large terrace with the table and pair of chairs, and the morning and evening views were unforgettable!!! For the travelers and life lovers as us, this hotel in Yerevan turned out to be a godsend! Also I’m going to say few nice worlds about good breakfasts every morning. It was pretty good. Of course, if you expect a chic rooms, don’t like cats, or don’t like hotels on high ground, this hotel might be not very suitable. But for us it vastly highly pleasant experience!!!

The hotel is great! I recommend it! I got a room with a huge terrace overlooking the mountainside and a view of the city! Sooo beautiful! The staff is the best! The breakfasts are wonderful! Yes, the hotel is not in the center, but by taxi 10 min.- it's worth it! I did not like the pool - it works at inconvenient hours (from 10:00 to 19:00), if you are a tourist, you will not be able to visit it! You won't be able to swim in it-it's shallow, but sunbathing on the shore-yes! BUT everything was great! Next time, just come here!

On the plus side, the staff is very courteous. Everyone was escorted to their rooms, all questions were resolved. The staff speaks Russian. The hotel is beautiful, with large rooms. There is a spa.
One of the disadvantages is not a very good location. There is nothing nearby, a narrow street with very heavy traffic. The shower and air conditioning were faulty in several rooms. A very average breakfast, albeit a buffet. And the rooms are very expensive. There is no ATM that accepts Russian cards, Russian cards are not accepted for payment

An excellent hotel in terms of price and services, very friendly staff, brought water every day, cleaned. I didn't rest for long, 5 days. Since I arrived at the end of September, the water in the pool was cold, the pool with a view of Ararat is a delight, it would be cool if the water temperature was higher, since it was no longer comfortable to swim, although the weather is good during the day. A good breakfast buffet. Beautiful balcony overlooking Ararat. The hotel is located far from the center, but taxis in Yerevan are not expensive. Of the disadvantages, there were only two, noisy ventilation and small ants, this can be fixed.

Cool hotel 👍🔥
Room cleaning, towel change every day. The bed was changed in 3 days, which is rare in other hotels. They bring water 0.5 per person every day.
They give you a toothbrush with paste.
There is a billiards table on site for an additional cost.
You can have lunch and dinner on site, the menu is slightly more expensive than in the center. The portions in Yerevan and the hotel are huge everywhere. (Photo from the hotel : roast and dolma, French fries)
Affectionate cats walk freely)
The staff is responsive, if something is needed, they immediately solve the issue.👍
It is very convenient that there are Yandex taxis and drinking fountains all over Yerevan and near the hotel. The water is very tasty, we did not buy water at all)

The hotel is very nice. The breakfasts are varied. Bed linen is changed every other day, towels are changed every day. The staff is friendly. The pool is clean. It is located in an old neighborhood, but Yandex Taxi is always helpful and not expensive. I advise you!

Like it:
- good service, very pleasant reception staff, always ready to help
- view of Ararat
- there is a kettle, tea, coffee in the room, a bottle of water was brought every day
Disadvantages:
- the hotel is tired, the rooms need to be renovated. Dirty footprints on the doors, a leaky toilet
- I would like better cleaning. There is someone else's hair in the bathroom and on the floor, lime plaque on the plumbing
- cats are constantly trying to get into the rooms from the balcony, which then walk down the hall and scream at night
- the breakfasts are average, they practically do not change from day to day. Scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages/bacon, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, cottage cheese, semolina/oatmeal porridge, instant coffee only, one type of dessert
- the location for tourism is not the most convenient, to go to the center only by taxi, 15-20 minutes, 200-400 rubles

There is an outdoor pool overlooking Ararat. In general, the hotel's balcony offers a very beautiful view of Ararat. It really is. The rooms are clean. There is a willow tree, a kettle, tea, coffee, bottled water. Disposable bathroom appliances. They clean it every day. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheeses, olives, you will not stay hungry. The staff is helpful. The hotel offers a la carte meals for lunch and dinner. They cook for about an hour. The menu is on the bar. The prices are reasonable. A minibus runs from the hotel to the center of Yerevan

This hotel is located not far from the Yeritasardakan metro station (min15-30 on foot, by bus 5-10 min), on a hill with a beautiful view of Yerevan. Friendly staff, clean and the room was cleaned every day. Not expensive and good food from the menu at the bar.
Breakfasts are so-so, you can choose something. Everything works in the room, but with flaws: Wi-Fi is not everywhere, the watering can does not hold in the shower, there is nowhere to hang the wet laundry... The main disadvantage is the tiles in the hallway, everything is audible.

I didn't like the hotel. It is very far from the center, to get there either by taxi or by bus. A completely stupid balcony in the room. It is impossible to go out on it all day, because there is no awning and the unbearable heat is due to the scorching sun. View from the balcony to the construction site. There is also no clothes dryer. Garbage was taken out of the room and water was brought only after contacting the reception. The breakfast is good, there is a choice.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. The room has everything for a pleasant stay. A good delicious breakfast. Swimming pool. The hotel is located on a hill, away from the center. Walking is not realistic. This is the only drawback. But there are bus stops nearby, and taxis are very cheap. I recommend.

The room is spacious, but it's a little dark. During the rain, water dripped from the ceiling in the shower. There is no shower curtain, so after washing I had to wipe the floors. It is possible with dogs.

A nice hotel with a decent breakfast and pleasant staff. During two visits I was in three rooms, the best one turned out to be with a view of Ararat. Beautiful views! Regular cleaning, cleanliness. Although the hotel is a little tired, but it's nice to be in it.

We really liked the hotel. Nice staff. We ordered food - everything is delicious, the portions are large. From the loggias in the common area there is a magnificent view of Ararat. The rooms, the pool, the breakfasts are all on the level. If we are in Yerevan, we will definitely stop here.

Great, big hotel! It is located on a mountain, from the windows you can see Ararat and Yerevan. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Cleaning is done every day. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent! A small minus is that there is no coffee beans, I would like the owners or the management company to put at least a coffee machine. The staff is polite and friendly!

In a country with a hot climate, you want to take a dip, but there is no sea. We chose this place for the purpose of refreshing ourselves and swimming. Friday's tariff was as follows: 5000 AMD for 1 adult and a child 4 years old for free. Time: until 19.00. On the plus side: the pool has its own locker room with lockers, showers and a toilet. There are a lot of sun loungers, clean. There is a bar with food and drinks, the portions are very large. Of the cons: there was not enough shade - there is nowhere to hide from the sun, there is no roof or umbrellas. Overall, the impression is very good.

The hotel is good, exactly 3 stars, as expected. Before that, we were in two threesomes in the same city, but the horror was terrible))), we barely reached the threesomes. This has a swimming pool and spacious rooms, billiards, everything works, refrigerator, slippers, all soap accessories. The only disadvantage in the room is the lack of a hair dryer (on request) and blankets and sheets instead of blankets with duvet covers. It is very inconvenient and they are still electrified)) this is the second hotel like this. Maybe it's the way they do it in the country) The breakfasts are average, there is a choice. But let's be honest, we don't eat breakfast at home for lunch and dinner)) therefore, everything that can be eaten for breakfast is (sausages, omelette, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, vegetables, various cereals, one type of porridge, cheeses, ham, sausage, cottage cheese, local sour cream, three types of juice, tea rolls, instant coffee. A good coffee can be ordered for 1200 AMD at the bar.

You can't walk to the center, although the website says that the hotel is one mile away. In fact, a 20-minute taxi ride without traffic jams. The room corresponds to its 3 stars with the possibility to stay with animals. Breakfast is meager. The restaurant is open until 20 o'clock. There are no cafes nearby within walking distance. You can order delivery, but only for cash. It's nice to splash around in the pool, enjoying the view of Ararat. The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. In the evening, you can enjoy city views from the balcony. Lovely, helpful, polite and attentive staff.

I don't recommend it ..Somehow for 3 stars ...street view of the ruins of the construction site ..the staff is average, the guys at the bar are somewhere in the clouds, they serve you at the reception with dissatisfied sullen faces..the food is so-so, .. the rooms are cleaned disgustingly, only towels are changed and vacuumed..the lighting is terrible in the rooms , 2 light bulbs of some kind , in the bathroom as well ..the air conditioner is very noisy, as if the plant is working, the pool is small and there is not enough space and there are a lot of beds..((In general, the hotel was not impressed (
