The restaurant is located on the 23rd floor of the hotel in the city center. Chinese and traditional Kazakh cuisine. The restaurant is spinning, making a full turn in 2 hours. Panoramic, the whole city is visible. The menu is electronic on the tablet. Live music. I really liked the atmosphere and the Chinese cuisine. Good service. But there is a stereotypical attitude of the staff, we meet on show-offs. I did not like the Chinese tea teguanin, it was poorly brewed and the kettle cooled down quickly. It was not obvious, since I am a connoisseur of Chinese tea, when I went to a good Chinese restaurant in a Chinese hotel, I would not get good Chinese tea. Also, since the table was not booked, but the restaurant was practically empty on a weekday late at night, we were seated in front of the entrance on the aisle, which did not spoil the mood, but did not add to the impression of the restaurant.

The restaurant positions itself as a good place, fine Chinese cuisine.
After today's visit, I can say with confidence that I simply could not find a place where everything is so terribly tasteless. People!
There is no Chinese cuisine from the word at all. You are being fooled!
For a very decent price tag, moreover.
The portions are small, you wait for dishes for an hour or even more.
And the most important thing is that everything is tasteless and bland, there is no Chinese peppercorn, delicious sauces, playful spices, chicken in sweet and sour sauce seems to be cooked from a bag of maggi, the batter is incomprehensible, papery and disintegrating into pieces, dough. I'm silent about beef, as they say, let's remember. The shrimps are rubber, fresh.
Of the 6 dishes, in 2 hours of waiting, with grief in half, 4 were brought to us. We went to Beijing for wood mushrooms along the way.
We ordered wine for the mood. The waiter spilled 1/4 bottle on the table, and at the same time on me. I had to wash my clothes in the toilet. Well, there was something to change into. But come on, it happens, they made a thousand apologies, they endured.
We made a discount on the general receipt, at least something.
The receptionist did not even come up once. The poor waiters were panting.
The only advantage of this place is the view of Astana.

An old restaurant with cockroaches, it's hard to sit, because of the strange sound when it moves, it shakes as if it collapses, the food is not very tasty, something from stale products, one star only for the view from the window, and so does not even deserve one star.
