A beautiful salon.As the theater begins with a hanger, so RETRO ART Men's Salon began for me with a polite phone conversation with the administrator!The permanent hairdresser of my husband and two sons in another salon had to leave on the day of the haircut and I began to look for an alternative on the same day.Unsuccessfully, because I had to cut three people's hair, and preferably in three hands at once.And how I felt the interest and sincere desire to help me in this salon.The admin guy tried to find the time I needed and was able to fully satisfy my requests.At the same time, shifting the lunch to the master hairdresser.Three of my guys were perfectly trimmed by two craftsmen at the same time.And this was the case when it was noticeable from the haircuts that they were not in the barbershop, but at the hairdresser's. The 9-year-old son came home with the words: "Mom, I liked it so much there."I put them in the same place for the next haircuts.Plus, it's easy and convenient to park there.Sometimes it's worth changing something to see the best.I am sure that I will not be disappointed there in the future.I recommend.

Polite, friendly staff. The receptionist will always offer tea or coffee. Vyacheslav is really a master, he took into account all the wishes and specifics of hair growth. The room itself is clean and beautiful, 5 minutes to the metro. And the cherry on the cake - they gave a discount for the first visit.

He returned 5-7 minutes later and did not apologize or explain in any way, he just told me to go for a haircut. This showed complete disrespect for me as a client and my time. There are also questions about the quality of the haircut. The masters are constantly changing. Different from time to time. This is also saying something, in my opinion. We went to this barbershop for the last two or three years because it is near the house. Unfortunately, we will have to look for another one now.

I wanted to enroll in this salon and what was my surprise that there is not a single old master there. The salon changed all the staff and at the same time raised prices sky-high. Such a price is possible only with super cool masters. How can you justify such a price? The experience and qualifications of employees have become lower, and the price is higher. A very stupid and unprofessional step by management. The comments do not correspond to reality if you read carefully, then the master is one, and the comments under the master are completely on another master. Fortunately, in the era of the Internet, you can find your master in another salon, which I intend to do and advise others.

I would really like to recommend that administrators (since they have added this online recording feature) read comments and help forgetful customers navigate through time (of course, if your customers are important to you), otherwise you can leave it as it is. Of course, there is a service, but it is a little lame.
If the client forgot about the recording, then he is 100% wrong, but if the client forgot but took all steps to arrive on time: contacted the barbershop, independently, in advance, clarified, asked to remind please the time, and the client was given the WRONG time, then be sure the client in this case will also be wrong 100%. This is exactly the policy here! (After all, if you are an administrator and you see two orders for one number, then for general happiness and mutual indifference, you need to take into account all the nuances)
And how did you get a haircut, dear future customers? And I will answer you: they cut it well, the children are happy. And if the kids like it, then so do I. But I'm not going there anymore. We will look for our favorite masters elsewhere.

To say that we are delighted is not to say anything, the master previously cut and shaved me, I relaxed from the service as if from a massage, the process turned into relaxation, brought my son 4 years old, he is usually restless, and even in a children's barbershop on cars with a cartoon, he jumped off without animators in the form of parents at the first opportunity... We did not love the haircut process with the whole family, as it was straight torture, even previous hairdressers confirmed that it was difficult to do something and as a result, we managed to cut it and it was good...
Today my wife and I brought our son and we were ready to give the full display of our inner world, but we were asked to sit on the couch, treated coffee, the son objected, in a moment we agreed with him and he sat still and did not even make noise like an adult, they cut his hair for the first time in a special way) we liked it, in the coming years we will take him to get a haircut only here to this specialist if the service remains the same great.
And accordingly we will recommend it to all our friends!
