A beautiful salon.As the theater begins with a hanger, so RETRO ART Men's Salon began for me with a polite phone conversation with the administrator!The permanent hairdresser of my husband and two sons in another salon had to leave on the day of the haircut and I began to look for an alternative on the same day.Unsuccessfully, because I had to cut three people's hair, and preferably in three hands at once.And how I felt the interest and sincere desire to help me in this salon.The admin guy tried to find the time I needed and was able to fully satisfy my requests.At the same time, shifting the lunch to the master hairdresser.Three of my guys were perfectly trimmed by two craftsmen at the same time.And this was the case when it was noticeable from the haircuts that they were not in the barbershop, but at the hairdresser's. The 9-year-old son came home with the words: "Mom, I liked it so much there."I put them in the same place for the next haircuts.Plus, it's easy and convenient to park there.Sometimes it's worth changing something to see the best.I am sure that I will not be disappointed there in the future.I recommend.

I visited for the first time and I can say that they deserve each of the five stars!
Polite, friendly staff. The receptionist will always offer tea or coffee. Vyacheslav is really a master, he took into account all the wishes and specifics of hair growth. The room itself is clean and beautiful, 5 minutes to the metro. And the cherry on the cake - they gave a discount for the first visit.

The quality of service has deteriorated. They were recorded at 11-30. The master got free at 11:33 and calmly went for a smoke break. He returned 5-7 minutes later and did not apologize or explain in any way, he just told me to go for a haircut. This showed complete disrespect for me as a client and my time. There are also questions about the quality of the haircut. The masters are constantly changing. Different from time to time. This is also saying something, in my opinion. We went to this barbershop for the last two or three years because it is near the house. Unfortunately, we will have to look for another one now.

I wanted to enroll in this salon and what was my surprise that there is not a single old master there. The salon changed all the staff and at the same time raised prices sky-high. Such a price is possible only with super cool masters. How can you justify such a price? The experience and qualifications of employees have become lower, and the price is higher. A very stupid and unprofessional step by management. The comments do not correspond to reality if you read carefully, then the master is one, and the comments under the master are completely on another master. Fortunately, in the era of the Internet, you can find your master in another salon, which I intend to do and advise others.

При записи онлайн через Инстаграм работники не читают комментарии, хотя при записи онлайн есть графа комментарий к заказу, а значит он обязателен к прочтению. Очень хотелось бы порекомендовать администраторам (раз уж добавили данную возможность записи онлайн) читать комментарии и помогать ориентироваться во времени забывчивым клиентам (конечно если вам важны ваши клиенты), в противном случае можно оставить как есть. Сервис конечно есть, но немного хромает.
Если клиент забыл о записи то он не прав 100%, но если клиент забыл но предпринял все шаги, для того чтобы прийти вовремя: связался с барбершопом, самостоятельно, заранее, уточнил, попросил напомнить пожалуйста время, и клиенту назвали НЕВЕРНОЕ время, то будьте уверены клиент в данном случае тоже будет не прав 100%. Политика здесь именно такая! (Ведь если Вы администратор и видите на один номер два заказа, значит для общего счастья и обоюдного неравнодушия надо учесть все нюансы)
А постригли то как спросите вы, уважаемые будущие клиенты. И отвечу я Вам: постригли хорошо, дети довольны. А если детям нравится, то и мне. Но я уже туда не пойду. Будем искать любимых мастеров в другом месте.
1 за сервис, 5 за стрижку, итого твердая 3.

Стрегусь тут уже какое-то время, получил карточку постоянного клиента. На мой взгляд отличный барбершоп, обслуживание хорошее, мастера все классные, сейчас стрегусь у Андрея и Эдуарда, всегда стрегут хорошо.

Отличный барбер шоп. Уютная атмосфера, вежливые мастера. Подстигала сына 6 лет уже второй раз и обязательно придем еще. Сын не любит стричься, но в данном заведении делает с удовольствием. Спасибо мастеру Андрею. Сделал из моего мальчика стильного парня)))

Сказать что мы в восторге ничего не сказать, мастер ранее стриг и брил меня, я от сервиса расслабился как будто от массажа, процесс превратился в релакс, сына привёл 4 года, он обычно непоседа, и даже в детской парикмахерской на машинках с мультиком он без аниматоров в виде родителей соскакивал при первой же возможности... Процесс стрижки мы не взлюбили всей семьёй так как это прям пытка, даже предыдущие парикмахеры подтверждали что сложно было что то сделать и по результату что успели постричь то и хорошо было...
Сегодня же мы с супругой привели сына и марально были готовы на полную выкладку своего внутреннего мира, но нас попросили посидеть на диванчике, угостили кофем, сын возразил, в миг с ним договорились и он сидел смирно и даже не шумел, как взрослый, постригли его впервые как то по особенному) нам понравилось, в ближайшие годы будем водить его стричься только сюда к этому специалисту если сервис останется таким же великолепным.
И соответственно будем рекомендовать всем друзьям!

Приятный и комфортный сервис, хороший коллектив, обслуживание не просто супер, а прям на высоте.
Стоимость вполне оправдана, мастер сделает прическу как вам угодно, если не определились мастер поможет выбрать прическу которая подойдёт.
