It took a long time to choose this place, because there was no more strength to eat what is served in local restaurants and cafes. We chose it carefully, we were looking forward to it. They met us at the reception, escorted us to the elevator, no questions asked. The restaurant is doroho-bohato by local standards, a natural calm atmosphere and silence, because there were no people there, and those who were looked at the menu for a long time and left. The views of the embankment did not cause delight, the slums are haunted wherever you are in the city. Silently and diligently we looked at the Turkish menu, somehow translated with a Google translator, I asked for a couple of minutes to order, the waiter tsked, sighed heavily and rolled his eyes. Soup (I don't remember the name), something very light liquid, small balls of dough float on the bottom, it's not tasty, the impression is that a hot mug was diluted with Maggie. They were served in a deep cup, I don't know the name, in Uzbek restaurants deep cups with blue patterns are national. The edges of the cup were broken, when asked what it was, the waiter was offended and said that this dish is more than 100 years old! and this is their story, while there are white European dishes on the tables purely for the entourage, apparently. Vinaigrette - potatoes and carrots, the rest of the ingredients in a minimal composition. We didn't finish it. The second course is grilled meat with vegetables, usually, but we ate everything. They asked for an invoice, I won't specify the amount, they were waiting for change, no one even looked at us, new guests came in and all attention was focused on them. An employee walks around the restaurant and whistles something cheerfully, of course, such a geshaft. They got up and left, neither hello nor goodbye... Take tea or coffee like all normal people and enjoy the views of the Istanbul red tiles))
Oh yes, the compliment from the chef (sauces + crackers) was delicious by the way.
Have a nice time.
Today we visited this restaurant. We were very satisfied. The chef came out to us himself, offered us a special menu, which completely satisfied us. The chef from the restaurant offered us two salads, everything was very tasty. The staff of this institution is very responsive, they speak English perfectly. I recommend this institution to everyone.
We stayed at the hotel during our stay in Istanbul, where this wonderful restaurant with panoramic views of the Bosphorus is located! Wonderful breakfasts and no less wonderful and delicious dinners! The chef comes out to the visitors and is interested in the impressions of the food and service! The staff is trying very hard! After dinner, we were treated to free tea and baklava! I recommend this wonderful restaurant to everyone!
