I love ordering from this restaurant. They have a lot of original dishes that you won't find anywhere else. There are both meat and fish dishes. Walleye, fried halibut, salmon steak - fresh, tender, juicy. And their turkey cutlets are just wonderful. The side dish "Broccoli in mustard sauce" is just a pleasure that you want to prolong! Over the past 3 years, the Castle has never disappointed. I highly recommend trying their dishes.
I decided not to go far and have dinner at the hotel. We were greeted at the entrance and offered to choose a table.
I ordered a beef salad with parmesan sauce, black pudding with egg and mashed potatoes.
Iceberg leaves, arugula, beef, capers, grated cheese, sauce are in the salad. Everything tastes pretty good, the lettuce leaves are fresh, the meat is delicious, and the ingredients combine well. The only thing I didn't really understand was that the meat was ice-cold, with a characteristic structure from the freezer. There's not a word about it in the menu.
Next, 2 black puddings, mashed potatoes, and an egg were served in a cast-iron pan. Judging by the fact that the dish did not boil, the sausage was cooked in another pan. The dish is hearty, but the sausage is absolutely tasteless. I rarely salt dishes, but this is the case.
The total receipt was 39.65 BYN, including the discount for the hotel guest.
