Disgusting food, that's the only way to call it, if the chef was even a little bit interested in his
business, and tried what his chefs cook, I think there would be a result..Ocean salad!!Anyone who has tried it will understand-it's onions with sour cream!!
Fish in batter, where they didn't see the fish-it's a shame for your institution, they lost time, money, and most importantly, impressions, and the indifference of the waiters put an end to this, I'm not afraid of this word-catering establishment..It's just a shame for Vitebsk, and not for the first time…

We stayed at the Vitebsk hotel in November 2024. We liked the hotel itself. The rooms are all renovated, new bed linen, towels. We decided to go to the Vitebsk restaurant for lunch, but no, it's not a restaurant, it's a dining room!!!! We expected something completely different from this place.

The food leaves much to be desired. Carefully read the menu and what is included in the dishes. Where it says that there are dried tomatoes and they bring you a regular tomato, then demand that the dish be redone for you. We took potato pancakes, they are very sour. Caesar salad will be served not with Caesar sauce, but with cheese.My wife ordered cheesecakes with raisins in the evening, they brought these "miracle" cheesecakes, as if they had been worried and put them back on the plate, unfortunately, I did not take a photo. There are no questions for the waiters, they do their job well. The kitchen is suffering a lot, you need a good chef.
