A good cafe, which has both a Chinese menu and a menu with traditional Russian cuisine (dumplings, Olivier salad and herring under a fur coat, pancakes). There are a lot of people, mostly Chinese, on weekends, so I recommend booking a table in advance.

The best Russian cuisine restaurant in Beijing.
All the traditional dishes are there and taste like at home.
Borscht is good
The staff understands Russian and you can call the number and book a table in advance.
If you come in the evening any day, but after 8-30 the tables will always be free. The Chinese really like to come here too.
