This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city.We go there periodically.Cozy atmosphere, very friendly staff, fast service.There is enough choice in the menu.The portions are regular.We take different dishes, we have never been disappointed.If in doubt, the waiter will always tell you everything.There is live music.We got to an evening where a girl was singing in French.I liked the vocals.I recommend.

Visitors to this establishment during Gostrofest 24. The owners approached the design of this restaurant with incredible love. Every detail is executed in the style of a historical place - the 1st fire station of the city of Minsk. On the other hand, the approach to the organization of the event itself was surprising in its clarity and thoughtfulness. Unobtrusive, but very caring service. Every dish was served on time - we didn't have to wait, but there was no crowded table either. The magnificent cuisine did not leave us indifferent either. They managed to make our day! My husband and I had a chance to visit a restaurant. The children presented a New Year's certificate for visiting the restaurant. 1st of February. It's a very atmospheric place. It is interesting not only for adults, but also for children. There was live music in the evening. We were served by a waitress named Ekaterina. Special thanks to her. She helped me decide on the choice of dishes, she was very friendly. The cuisine is decent, the food is delicious, the portions are large. The prices are reasonable. I recommend you to visit.

I am delighted, the best restaurant in Minsk with the best service. We came with our family to celebrate a birthday, just got to the gastrofest, took one set and everything else on the menu. The dishes are very tasty, the serving is fast, the cocktails are also delicious. Because it was my birthday, I was given a dessert with a candle and an alarm by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, since this is the concept of the restaurant, it was very cool and pleasant. The check came out for 4 in 200 rubles, this is with a 40% discount since it was lunchtime and we just got to it, and so the discount in honor of the birthday is 10%. I recommend everyone to visit this place, you will not regret it

For 50 rubles it was just top, they brought it quickly, everything was hot and delicious.The interior is interesting, we've been looking at it all evening) I would like to note the tolerance of the staff, honestly, I haven't seen this for a long time, only when our waitress raised her voice at three different tables, one with obscene language, unintentionally overheard, an adult man yells at a girl for bringing him soup 5 minutes later than the next table, that's how just ruined the mood, a purely collective-farm contingent.. But I will not lower my rating for this!

We visited this institution on 08/5.24 and were incredibly satisfied! There are many pleasant establishments with good cuisine in Minsk, but I liked it the most! The interior is very atmospheric, calm, there are not a lot of people, the serving of dishes and their taste are at the highest level and, most importantly, low prices. The staff was nice and friendly, the waiter guided the menu and offered dishes to your taste. On his advice, they took the Apple Toddy drink, very unusual and delicious! The institution 10/10 definitely needs to be visited by everyone who plans to go to Minsk, especially since the institution is located in the center, after walking along the beautiful streets, you can have a delicious meal and look into the museum at the restaurant!

- The food is normal, everything is delicious in the children's menu, salmon with ptitym is normal, there is very tasty cheese in the pasta with shrimp, but a lot of butter, do not take Tom yam, for some reason there is smoked chicken
- There is no hot water in the toilets, soap is not everywhere
- It was cold inside, but they gave me a blanket
We came to an empty restaurant by reservation, but they didn't let us sit at the windows, saying that they had reserved there earlier, the guests would be there by 6. We sat from 17:20-18:24, no one came, apparently all the guests are late.
- One of the advantages is an interesting concept of the place (made in the form of a fire station) and the music is cool, I listen to it

Today I was with my husband at the gastrofest in Restaurant 101. I have long wanted to get to this atmospheric place, and it did not disappoint me!!! The place itself is very pleasant, the food is delicious, the dishes are beautifully served, the service is just on top!!!! We were here at the gastrofest, very tasty and interesting dishes. The staff is friendly, they talked about the set, but they forgot to arrange the table, there were extra dishes and appliances. The place itself is beautiful and atmospheric, the prices seemed quite affordable in comparison with neighboring establishments. I will definitely come back

Corporate event 2024-2025, restaurant 101 is now a place that you no longer want to return to.
A company of 14 people was placed near the entrance to the kitchen, so staff walked past us all the time. Because of the uncomfortable seating, I had to collide with chairs or even go out and enter one at a time, turning around to see if a person would pass by without hitting the guests. The table is not well lit, part of the table is only illuminated, the rest is in semi-darkness.
We made the order beforehand, after discussing with the manager the quantity, size and type of dishes, we saw and understood, there are no questions. But why serve the second hot (general) for 1 plate at one end of the table - it is not clear, it is not logical, some people ate, the other end of the table did not know at all that the hot food was served. As well as a common salad plate (1kg in one plate).The bruschettas were treasured, it was obvious, no one touched them. To eat something, you had to ask others to pass it on, and a couple of times we generally exchanged plates (cheese for you, sliced meat for us).
The presenter worked for the people in front of the stage, and the photographer never came to our table at all. There are no photos. The celebration was mainly for the guests in front of the stage. The music is extremely boring, everyone is bored with the Russian dance, occasionally I managed to hear something groovy or classical. DJ uncle at his laptop, well, not seriously. There was no show, there was a parody.
The girl who served us distributed the dishes according to our seating arrangements, but knowing the seating scheme and the names of the dishes, she managed to make a mistake. Overall, she did her best, thank you.

We visited a wonderful restaurant in Minsk with a young man. We came in by accident, but we were very impressed.
We ordered a set of gastrofest and mussels.
The set turned out to be very interesting and delicious. Especially the cream soup borscht.
The most important thing is the service.
The waiter Ekaterina is a huge smart girl. She told us about the concept of the restaurant, as well as about each dish that she served us.We were very lucky that we got this particular waiter!

It is a medium-level institution, but it is interesting primarily because it is located in an old building of a former fire station. The walls inside are made of red brick, and a real fire truck is on display, with which everyone is photographed. Also, here you can see other attributes related to the work of firefighters (helmets, hoses, pipes, etc.). In general, the entire interior and even the clothes of the waiters themselves are made in red - the color of firefighters.
Now about the food, the menu is not big, and it does not surprise you with anything special, but the quality of the dishes is not bad, the price tag is average.
It is worth coming here for the atmosphere, because it is thanks to it that this restaurant differs from other establishments in Minsk.

For the interior - a solid five. It is very beautiful, peculiar, unique. The waiters are also very friendly and attentive. Delicious food, fast delivery. But one main disadvantage is that there is no choice of dishes of national cuisine (unlike 101 in Mogilev (the same chain)).

I liked the place. The service is excellent. The waiter who worked with our table was always attentive and positive.
The interior of the institution itself is interesting, in the glass of the fire station. Lamps in the form of fire extinguishers. A fire truck. The only thing I didn't like was the uncomfortable table legs. But it didn't work on a good impression.
The food was very tasty. We ordered various salads, pork neck steak, beer and juice. Everything is 10 out of 10.
The place is really cozy, convenient location, pleasant atmosphere. I wish the guys a pleasant work and more good visitors.

We chose this institution to celebrate our son's birthday. We booked a table, arrived on time. There were 6 of us in total .The order included 2 sets and several more hot dishes; salads.
The waiter does not warn you in advance what is not on the menu, he informs you after the fact. But even worse, I waited 1.5 hours for my hot meal!!!!! No one warned me about this in advance. In general, an hour later, the waiter came up to me again and said that unfortunately my hot side dish (mashed potatoes) had run out and I could only be served potato slices or French fries, (by the way, I chose beef cheeks, since it was the most tender and acceptable for my digestive tract) as a result, I naturally choose slices, although this does not suit me much, but it is already impossible to replace the dish, since the cheeks themselves are about to be ready! (why was it impossible to immediately clarify about the side dish when ordering the dish???) and as a result, 1.5 hours later, my cheeks are brought to me, with terribly sharp slices. I will also add that I additionally ordered grilled vegetables, and they were very salted, and the moss was brought 25 minutes before the main course, although they were ordered to the cheeks. The child had meatballs with mashed potatoes, and the meatballs were also heavily resettled.
Well, the most annoying thing is that the child was not congratulated on his birthday, although we showed the passport, and all the others brought them after ringing the bell, the child really liked this sight, but was upset by the factor that he did not receive a cake.
In fairness, I would like to note that we got a 50 percent discount on dishes outside the set. But honestly I didn't want to pay for them at all.

Somehow we decided to visit this institution when we arrived in Minsk and what came of it?
1. Very long cooking, with incomplete boarding, and the order was carried out when only 2 tables were occupied in the hall at all
2. The waiter was as indifferent as possible, for the entire time we were there, he did not approach, did not ask if everything was okay, did not warn about possible delays in serving, did not specify what kind of roast to make a steak
3. The steak, as a result, served after an hour and a half, or maybe more, was neither medium nor medium rar, but somewhere even well given, in connection with which it was as rubbery as possible and it was inconvenient to chew it.
Verdict, solid 1 only for the beautiful atmosphere, the service is terrible

We visited this restaurant during the gastrofest, all the dishes, except the last one, after my request, were barely warm, we had to wait for 20 minutes for each dish, i.e. the waiter did not have time to bring it, it just stood and cooled down. Even Americano, ordered twice, paid attention to the need for hot coffee, still the coffee was slightly warm. Therefore, I cannot appreciate the taste of the dishes, I do not like to eat cold. I also asked to tell about the waiter's dishes, I received information about the first one with grief in half, and then they just brought it to us and immediately ran away, they even wanted to leave borscht for us a second time. The impressions are so-so.

A restaurant with an absolutely stunning kunya in the very center of Minsk, a must-visit. This is the fourth time we have been in Minsk, but we have never been fed so tasty anywhere. Bouillabaisse soup, cold brew, steak, risotto, salmon - very exquisite recipes that reveal the taste of food. I want to come back here again and again to try the whole menu.
