We stopped by in 2023 on the advice of a taxi driver (Alexander - hello!), who personally knows the owner. We were all alone (it's not the season yet), sitting in the gazebo. The food is all very tasty - the children caught the trout themselves and cooked it for us on coals. The chicken cradle is also very tasty. The pan-fried cheese is simply gorgeous. Very tasty red wine - we bought it with us, but then it turned out that they poured us something completely different from what was served on the table (purely in Abkhazian, someone slipped their homemade). The prices are normal, but the payment is only in cash.
In 2024, we stopped by, but we still could not eat - there were almost no staff on the ground (the old team was dispersed, the new one probably did not really gather).

Terrible unsanitary conditions, more like a petting zoo (cats, dogs, well at least geese did not climb into the plate) the quality of the food is questionable, the fish is fried in a pan, instead of ordered on coals + they calculate by live weight 2000 rubles per kg, but the weight is clearly exceeded, 2 times, the weight on the receipt costs 1.310- but in the reality is no more than 700 grams of the finished product... After cooking, the fish cannot decrease in weight 2 times, especially only caught (according to them).. There was a very, very unpleasant impression of the boorish behavior of the staff... It's just a nightmare... We do not advise anyone else to visit this place.. It was tasteless and we waited a very long time for the order, alas, but our expectations were not met..

Initially, the idea was not bad. Well, as always, everything has fallen into disrepair. There were lifting cones in the institution, as I understand it, in the heat they had to be lifted and the air conditioner turned on, there is no such hour. In case of an electrical outage, there should be a generator, it also does not exist. Dust and dirt, although it would be possible to take pictures of the web while there was no influx of tourists. The trout they serve there, as far as I'm concerned, is worth the money. There is nothing unusual. The waiter couldn't explain the bean dish. A one-time establishment.

The service is long, the waiters are deaf!!! You ask for a high chair, they say yes, there is one, and Caesar salad is brought to the place of the chair, which was not ordered. The fish was fried simply in a frying pan (there was one fish left that was not eaten, they asked to take it with them-they started looking for foil, they did not find it and wanted to pack it in a regular bag, like homeless people. And for this service, they also charge 10% of the bill. Complete disrespect for their visitors((

It's a disgusting place!!!! There are no advantages, except that the fish on the grill is not very good... There is dirt all around, the table has probably never been washed at all, even napkins stuck to it😱 The ear is royally simple - disappointment, there is no fish in it at all, well, unless they put a fish head on you and that's it, a NIGHTMARE!!!!! The prices on the receipt came out more than on the menu, the waiter says the prices on the menu are old, but now like this... Vegetables on the grill suck, they are few and very expensive, for one tomato, 2 pieces of pepper and 4 rings of eggplant 450r. Caesar with chicken was without chicken, but with cottage cheese, well, that kind of thing.... We don't even recommend "just visiting". A lot of things on the menu are in the stack, there are no people, and it is justified.

Beautiful, stylish, clean. The freshest, delicious trout on the grill.
We were looking for a fishing farm to taste fresh trout. Here you can catch it yourself, in front of me a man caught it in just a few minutes, but we were not particularly interested in such fishing.
There are separate wicker gazebos and a restaurant on the water. I really liked the inside. The food is delicious, the trout is great. I also recommend homemade feijoa compote. Rustic potatoes are not familiar, as if they are breaded, but they have the right to exist. Vegetable salad is the simplest and most delicious at home.
Of the minuses, it's a bit long and you need to remind me about everything)the sauce was brought when the potatoes were eaten, the salad was brought last)
Nevertheless, they cook everything with you, fresh and delicious. The place is atmospheric, geese floating here and there brightened up the expectation.
I recommend you to visit! And I wish the owners to work on the service 🥰🦄

The place for Abkhazia is very stylish! You can catch trout, you can order it at the restaurant! The fish is divine! They cook delicious! Very hospitable host! There is a place to take beautiful photos! Geese are swimming! Very tasty local cuisine!

The food is not delicious, but the same trout is terribly fresh, fried as if in a frying pan and not on the grill as ordered. The dishes are delicious, they have nothing to do with the name on the menu. It would have been better to eat in the dining room, it tastes better there...

We usually stop at the Chernorechensk trout farm, but this year the taxi driver told us that repairs were underway there and they were not allowed there, so we stopped here.
What can I say. If there was a trout farm with elements of tourism in Otkhara, then here there is tourism with elements of trout farming. In general, you can visit, but it's not so atmospheric at all. There were several small fish swimming in the ponds, the rest, according to the assurances of the staff, hid at the bottom from the heat.
They ate delicious food in the restaurant, and it was two and a half times more expensive than in Otkhara two years ago. There was an additional lavash in the receipt, which we did not order. Payment is accepted in cash, without writing a check - apparently, the waiters are cheating with the proceeds.
In general, you can visit, but this is not at all what we wanted to get from the trout farm.

I absolutely did not like the place. It is impossible to eat food. Hashlama was bland, without spices. They ordered satsivi, brought white goo with two small and dry pieces of chicken. It is impossible to look at her without tears. We decided to try the compote, we thought that at least everything would be fine here, no miracle happened. We got ordinary water with a barely noticeable cherry flavor. The waiter was told that it was not possible to drink compote, they asked him to take it away. As a result, we counted the liter decanter as 0.5
The atmosphere is also not inviting. Dirty plates with greasy prints, a battered and torn menu, a dirty table. The territory smells of swamp mud and fish.
In general, we do not recommend the place
I would also like to add that initially we came to a fish restaurant to eat fish, but our plans did not come true. The grill did not work, they offered to fry the fish in a frying pan. Later it turned out that they could not bring not only all the dishes that are cooked on the grill, but also khinkali, dumplings, as well as ordinary chicken breast

It's beautiful inside, but the service is low. I ordered kharcho, brought chicken soup, while I was talking, I intercepted a couple of spoons and realized that the soup was not the same, I say let's leave this one, but I do not leave tea for you (which is prescribed in the menu + 10%), as a result, they replaced the soup with a dissatisfied face and did not offer to solve the problem themselves through compromise.

Having built a stylish enough establishment, we could make a decent menu!
The menu is a greasy piece of laminated paper . Sticky , disgusting to pick up .
The kitchen is mediocre .
Grilled trout is dry . French fries are dry .
The portions are small , especially the vegetable salad .
Payment is in cash only. Payment by transfer is treated negatively .
The restaurant does not cause a desire to return there a second time.
