Not far (relatively) from the center, there is always (or almost) a place to stay, comfortable beds, rooms with a balcony, cleanliness in all rooms, fast Wi-Fi. The main plus is Levan - a cultured, responsive, polite and kind host! Among the disadvantages are a shared bathroom and kitchen, parking on the sidewalk. If you need to work on a computer, you will have to do it in a common room. In general, the pros outweigh all the cons, I recommend it!
