The staff are just absolute ignoramuses:the bartender, who is also a waiter, does not know the basic words "Hello" and "Please".
On our last visit, a company of deliverymen and other workers sat, played a video game console and accompanied their game with such juicy mats that their ears just rolled up into a tube.
It seemed that they did not come to the institution to give away, but to someone for home gatherings.
Professionalism is completely absent.

A great cafe where you can spend relatively inexpensive time or celebrate something. We celebrated a birthday, it turned out to be quite inexpensive and then for two more days we ate what we couldn't eat in the cafe because there was a lot. Portions of hot dishes are large and hearty, not to be compared with portions in Minsk-type cool cafes and restaurants, where something is smeared on a plate and costs 3-5 times more. I am not a fan of writing reviews, Artyom is more negative, but in this case I will not spare the time and still write so that people do not make a mistake with the choice of a place to spend their leisure time.
We celebrated my birthday at the Rest cafe, located in Machulishchi. The number was more than 20 people, you must agree, the amount is not small, because the order must be at least 90 rubles per person (80 rubles dishes + 10 rubles service). And the service was immediately included in the receipt?!! The kitchen has 3.5-4 points. More or less. But the maintenance is just a nightmare. Firstly, there was a request for the time of hot water supply, moreover, it was ignored. We also sat and waited for about an hour. Despite the fact that there was no one else in the hall except for our banquet. The waiters, or bartenders in one person, generally turned away and talked at the bar with local youth and went smoking. They did their job only after they were approached personally. But after 23 hours, although half of the guests were still there and the tables were full of food, they forgot about us altogether. Since there were crowds of local youth under the degree, who came to "catch up" with a glass of beer and dance. Moreover, the place for dancing was 4x4 meters and after 24 hours, everyone was just rubbing against each other. And here's another thing, after 24 hours they have a paid entrance fee of 10 rubles, for which it is not clear, i.e. they never have any program, and as they themselves say, they are neither a disco bar, but a cafe. So now that people are paying money, the question is???? When we came up after 23 hours and asked to serve us, they said they had no time. It's like that...
1 out of 10 points. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone. They just ordered it out of desperation. But we decided for the future that it's better to spend on a taxi than to ruin your evening!
