Disadvantages: an inflexible line of tariff plans (only 1 tariff is available at a speed of 100 Mbit/ s), IP addresses are registered out of place (belong to M2M telematics), due to the lack of white IP addresses, the provider is unable to give each subscriber a real IP.

The cheapest Internet in Lugansk (no cheaper was found). For 270p per month, 100 megabits. You can pay from anywhere (banks, post offices, terminals). For six months of use, it was turned off once or twice for no more than an hour. If it is possible to connect, then there is hardly anything better
