2. I was in the center from 11 to 13.00. during this time, not a single person was admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. From the beginning of the working day to 13.00, only 22 people were served on a first-come, first-served basis! (according to the employees)
3. After the lights went out, the system froze and everyone went to lunch. At the same time, no one thought to stop the distribution of coupons, people came and took coupons. No one mentioned an apology for a technical glitch either.
3. The waiting room is very stuffy, the only ventilation is the front door.
In the queue, people said about the new center at 64 Prytytsky, I decided to go. I completed everything in 1.5 hours. It is a pity that the work is done so differently in different centers of the same organization.

It became easy to find, the signs are clear, there is a sign at the entrance. The "entrance" on Yandex maps is correct.
I was confused by the address "office 200", but this is actually half a floor - 2 huge halls (waiting and with specialists).
I received a ticket, gave out the number 49, and I heard 47 being called at the same time.
The waiting time was 4 minutes.
There are 10 "cabinets" with specialists, each with 2 people.
As I understand it, cabinets 9 and 10 are special, and you can receive and extend EDS at 1-8.
I checked - there was no one in offices 7-8, 1-6 were working. That is, 12 inspectors were receiving at the same time.
There is drinking water in the waiting room (there is a cooler).
There are 4 tables + chairs around the perimeter.
I received a key for 3 organizations, and I had 3 registrations. I went to the girl I was called to, she said that I shouldn't have taken the coupons one after another, they say, there will be a queue of 2 while she makes me the 1st. I say, so you mark in the system that I'm sitting with these three numbers. I was extremely unhappy, accepted it, but told her not to do it anymore.
I received the key on 07/22/2024 at Masherov Ave., 25. I arrived at 8.20 on a first-come, first-served basis, without an appointment. It was the 40th. The queue was moving fast enough. Within an hour, I got my hands on the key, and this despite the fact that there were still people by appointment. Separately, I would like to note the work of Vygzhanovskaya Victoria Alexandrovna. A very polite, competent and attentive employee. Thank you very much for your professional work! And I would like to add that if people coming to get the key went to the site in advance and carefully familiarized themselves with the package of documents and prepared it in advance, and not when you are already standing under the doors of the center, then maybe you would not need to "spend the night".
Probably the worst center in Minsk!They artificially create a queue, the same coupons are called several times and then in a staggered order, there is no queue at all, only records that are always scheduled for a month in advance!I do not advise you to come here!A waste of time and nerves!
There are no questions about the service - an electronic queue, everything is fast, clear and to the point. But finding this organization now (if you haven't been there before) is a quest... There are repairs around the building, not a single sign, information plate, announcement, after all! When they show you where to go, it already says that office 200 is on the second floor!
This is a horror after transferring the registration of electronic keys here. I came by 6 a.m. for two days and was already the 50th in line. Considering that the reception starts at 8:45. And this is not on the day of filing taxes, but in 2 weeks!!! Why not do it all remotely. You take 100-200 rubles for "air". It's time to hire normal programmers and do everything automatically and remotely. What is the problem with uploading this certificate through your software? Spend pennies from the budget for programmers, and fire women who sit around pressing 3 buttons… And then they shake off private owners with all new "levies" and fines…

The technical support service has knowledge at the level of the 1st grade of the school, you wait at least 4 hours for the answer to an elementary question.
It is simply impossible to get into the office. The queue hardly moves during the day. It is also impossible to make an appointment in advance via the Internet, it takes off and does not allow you to enter, although you start registering at 00:00. I do not recommend it

They accepted it as if with a favor.. The girl reacted to all the comments as if I were her main enemy... if there is not at least one piece of paper, they are turned back and they are not interested in whether there is such a piece of paper at all or it does not exist..
The main thing is to make an appointment in advance on the website, since the reception is possible only by electronic queue and, as a rule, everything is scheduled for the current day (as in the embassy).
