The clinic is large. Doctors, at least the one who dealt with our issue, are professionals who not only formally approach solving the patient's problems, but study the problem in detail, approach both from the medical and psychological side. You can take all the tests on the spot and get the result almost immediately without running around and fuss. The parking lot is large and free. The staff is polite, ranging from nurses to the faculty. The price tag is not to say that it is very expensive, but in principle acceptable.

I am very disappointed with the experience of visiting this medical center. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I counted on professionalism and high-quality service.
From the very beginning, I faced language difficulties at the reception, where the staff does not speak either Russian or English. This significantly hampered communication and created additional difficulties. In addition, the lack of a price list for services both on the site and in the center itself causes misunderstanding and distrust. It turned out to be impossible to get clear information about the cost of services, and the prices announced by the doctor were prohibitively high.
The price of tests and mole removal was shocking. A request for 2,645,000 soums for tests and 3,000,000 soums for removing a 0.5 cm mole with a laser seems absurd, given the availability of more inexpensive alternatives. While searching for more reasonable prices, I found another medical center where services were provided almost four times cheaper.
In addition, the lack of written documentation and medical reports, as well as the provision of test results only in Uzbek, despite my request to receive them in Russian, create additional inconveniences and questions to the professionalism of the center.
It feels like a bazaar...maybe it is customary to bargain here and in medical centers?
In general, the impression of visiting this medical center leaves much to be desired. I hope my feedback will be taken into account to improve the quality of medical care at this center.

She moved to Uzbekistan recently. When there was a need to go to a cosmetologist, not knowing the infrastructure and fearing low-quality services, I decided to go to a state clinic in the hope of quality.
But alas!
The first thing that was a clear sign of unprofessionalism was non-compliance with the basic rules of antiseptics.
You walk into the office with a jacket, without shoe covers.
The doctor is in jeans and a sweater, with a dirty bathrobe on top.
The doctor washes his hands, wipes them on himself.
He puts on gloves and takes the phone with them, scratches his head. During the procedure, he refuses to do other things, calls, and correspondence many times. He does everything without taking off his gloves. And then he continues the procedure in them!
If he takes off his gloves, he puts them on again.
He walks into their office in gloves, opens doors by the handles.
There is a courtyard in the office, every minute someone comes in from the street in dirty shoes and jackets and finds out something.
As a guest of the country, I do not understand how to react to this: it's ok or not ok here.
Doctors are always in authority for me and I do not consider it necessary to teach them. And it was kind of awkward.…
About the procedure itself.
Injections of hyaluronic acid were extremely painful. Although, before that, I had already undergone such a procedure in the Russian Federation, without pain and consequences. As a result of the procedure in this national pretentious center, EVERY puncture site has a hemorrhage. It was as if she was specifically looking for vessels and stabbed them with precision. A bruised week. I repeat, this is not the first time I have done the procedure. Such a terrible result is the first time.
Injections were given unevenly across the face. Under one eye, she injected abundantly into the lower eyelid. On the other eye, she bypassed the lower eyelid completely. Expected result: I wake up every morning with a bag under one eye 🥴
Botox is even worse.
My main wish was to lift the drooping corners of my lips. But she practically bypassed them. I gave 2 injections as if subcutaneously, and not into the muscle along the edge of the chin and some kind of homeopathic dose. You can say she just moved the needle next to it. I used to get injections at other points and deeper and there was a result. I was confused by her technique - but I dare not teach a doctor. I think I'll look at the result. But there is NO result! I waited 2 weeks for the drug to start working, but alas. The corners didn't rise a millimeter.
She pricked her upper lip, apparently at random. Wherever you have to. The contour of the upper lip went like a wave, because some of the muscles relaxed, some did not. And it is also asymmetrical. Where I got there, I got there.
But the upper part of the face was stabbed just to a stony expression 🗿🗿🗿
THE COMPLETE ABSENCE OF FACIAL EXPRESSIONS OF THE EYES. Well, at least they blink 😭😭😭
It's just terrible.
I have something to compare it with. The previous botox was performed skillfully, only the muscles that were in hypertonia were relaxed, and emotions could be expressed with the face.
Now it's p..... I have no other words!!!
I am 33 years old, I did not need to paralyze all facial expressions. It was necessary to block only the tense muscles.
Now I am a mummy without emotions 😑
When I signed up for the procedure, they wrote to me that I was registered with Rakhmatullayeva Sevara.
There is a photo of this Sevara on the site, but she did not inject me) Although the procedure was issued for her!
Perhaps the procedure was issued to the doctor who has a certificate in cosmetology, but the doctor did it to me without a certificate.
Maybe it's just a mistake in the recording, but!
Whatever the name of this doctor is, I do not advise you to go to any doctor at this center, because while this dilettante was disfiguring my face, there was a herd of doctors in the office whom she taught!
I don't understand Uzbek, but I assume that I said something like: give a gilauronka and botox randomly - where the hand falls. The main thing is more! Dead facial expressions, asymmetry and swelling are beautiful.
