Exactly a month ago, an operation was performed on an almost emergency basis to remove adenoids, bypass the eardrums and trim the tonsils by Dr. Tchaikovsky Vladimir Viktorovich and a team of other doctors, and our anesthesiologist was Dr. Evgeny Igorevich Polovikov.
I thank each of them for their sensitive and attentive attitude to my 3-year-old daughter during and after the operation.
My daughter's hearing was restored quite quickly, too, despite the serious intervention and long-term operation.

So on 07/26/2024, there was a call to this center to enroll the child in the VSWP. At the reception, I was told to read out what was written in the direction from the polyclinic and which polyclinic sent it. The direction indicated "ksvp + consultation of a surdologist" Minsk polyclinic, which is not a little important. I was told by an employee that the child will have to sleep at this time. Will September 12, 2024 at 12:30 be suitable? I said yes, because the child is sleeping at about this time. I arrived at this center on 09/12/2024, we were sent only to a surdologist, which then she said at the consultation that let's do an aoemetry, and said that we would have to wait about 2 months. To which I said, we were already waiting and when recording it was said that the child needed to have a CVP. The doctor sent us to the registry office because she did not see that we were enrolled in the VSWP, and told us to check with the registry. After that, the reception still confirmed to us that we were not registered for the vswp. The question is why then it was necessary to specify at what time the child would sleep when making an appointment by phone on 07/26/2024? They also clarified at the reception, since we are from Minsk, they do not immediately register for the vswp for the first time. It is the Minsk residents. Next, we were offered time only for the month of December!!! And then there was no time suitable for the child's sleep. That is, in fact, the child must wait at least 5 months! To have this procedure done to him ? Almost six months! The fact that you deprimate an employee will not make it easier for anyone. A child has to wait such a long time, just because you don't train employees! And it doesn't matter if the registrar is sitting for a year or 25 years and laughing maliciously in his face. First of all, this is the face of the center at least. Due to improper consultation, the child does not receive treatment in a timely manner.

I think it was done on purpose so that at this stage people would give up. 3 months of commission in my clinic for nothing, if I had known that there was still such a quest, I would have immediately refused. In general, this is how everything works in our country. You seem to be disabled, but without disability. You go to a center that works with people with disabilities and the attitude is disgusting. Make an online recording, let people record themselves when it's convenient for them. And so minimize contact with your operators, who find it difficult to solve the recording problem. Классные врачи! Был у Буценко Т.Н. в платном кабинете, диагноз поставили, лечение назначили и самое главное, что оно помогло! Очереди не было, пришёл в назначенное время и буквально через пару минут я в кабинете у врача, современное оборудование , внимательный и компетентный врач, стоимость не высокая по сравнению с частными центрами, а в несколько раз ниже. Да, есть очередь, в течение дня не попадешь, но записаться и через пару недель попасть можно.
Ставлю 4 звезды, очень хороший врач попался моей жене, но есть некоторые нюансы, жена говорила, что очень долго ждала по времени очередь на аудиограмму и на прием к врачу. Очень хотелось чтобы сделали электронную очередь на прием к врачу, как в регистратуре, чтобы пришел нажал на кнопку на прием к врачу первично и на прием к врачу повторно,чтобы не сидеть полчаса под кабинетом а чтобы вызывали к врачу по номеру талона.
Были с ребенком в клинике два раза, и оба раза я осталась очень недовольна приёмом. Точнее даже не именно приемом , а сервисом клиники.
Мы были у трёх врачей- логопед, невролог и психиатр.
Начался треш изначально, по приходу в регистратуру, девушки в регистратуре грубят, хамят, на вопросы отвечают с неохотой.
Сначала мы пошли к логопеду (фамилии писать не буду,так как тут дело даже не конкретных врачах,а в общем отношении и сервисе) она весь приём зевала , даже не удосужилась рот рукой прикрыть🤦и в общем ничего толкового не сказала. Дальше мы пошли к неврологу, доктор переписал себя в карточку всё,что я привезла из других учреждений и на основе этого прописала курс лечения, и последний врач был психиатр, Я не могла нормально описать проблему с которой я приехала,так как это был не приём,а проходной двор, в кабинет приходили все кому не лень, перебивали, разговаривали на личные темы, врач постоянно отвлекалась , медсестра очень громко разговаривала с какой-то другой медсестрой которая пришла в кабинет "по делу" ( у невролога и логопеда была такая ситуация, только в меньшей степени, все заходили без стука перебивали приём),по итогу врач сказала,что невролог выписал не верное лечение (!!!), а она выписала другое, ее лечение будет верное... Точно по той же схеме,что и невролог, психиатр почитала все наши заключение из другим мед.центров и все переписала себе в карточку.... После того как мне все таки удалось рассказать что меня волнует, всё что я услышала от врача,что да, такое поведение имеет место быть, а что делать так и не сказала..... Я бы действительно списала это на какое-то совпадение,но так как мы были в этой центре во второй раз, и оба раза ситуация была идентичной.... Возможно причина в том ,что на приеме бы были бесплатно,по направлению, возможно если бы я заплатила за прием,то и отношение было бы другое......

Были на платном приеме с ребенком 4 лет .Записывались к неврологу и логопеду,но логопед пошла на больничный и заменить ее оказалось не кем.Невролог Редуто вскользь осмотрела ребенка,точнее переписала все диагнозы с наших старых выписок (мы из Могилёва и как оказалась наши местные детские неврологи даже лучше!) ,повторила прошлое "лечение" не посмотрев никаких наших обследований.От Научно практического центра хотелось бы намного больше.Очень разочарована.

отличный центр с отличными специалистами! приезжал на операцию из России в феврале 21г. у себя в регионе по ряду причин отказался от операции в пользу операции в Минске. для меня как гражданина РФ вообще не было ни каких проблем, созвонился по телефону с сайта с девушками экономистами-объяснил свой диагноз , мне сразу сказали приблизительную стоимость со стационаром, наркозом и всем остальным. По прилету в тот же день прошел первичный осмотр и сдал все нужные анализы (заняло все от силы 1.5-2 часа), через пару дней лег в стационар и был прооперирован. Хочу выразить свою благодарность Буценко Татьяне Николаевне которая была первым специалистом который меня встретил в Минске и я понял что в надежных руках специалистов! ОГромнейшее спасибо Горностай Иван Ивановичу, врачу который меня оперировал и дал возможность полноценно дышать и чувствовать запахи! Отдельное спасибо Анастасии из экономистов, которая очень чутко вела все вопросы ! И спасибо всему персоналу рнпц на сухой 8, кто помог мне восстановится. Спасибо вам огромное от всей души.
