The doctors at the DHC are just wonderful people! I would like to express my great gratitude to the entire department of purulent surgery, and to a greater extent to Govorukhina Olga Alekseevna and surgeon Zapolyansky (unfortunately, I did not remember the full initials. Please forgive and understand.) The whole childhood, the whole department put me on my feet. Thanks a lot!! Surgeons, you have simply golden hands.
With love and immense gratitude, Daria Lebedeva. I hope you remember such a person.))
We arrived with a child of 1.5 years old (cut the eyebrow). There were a lot of people, but they were accepted quickly. All the staff is polite and friendly. They talked sweetly and soothed the crying child. Dr. Pavel Leonidovich Lyakhnovich clearly consulted on our issue and pulled off the wound. Thank him very much) And the nurse in the treatment room. She helped, calmed the baby, offered a chair while they were waiting)
They sent me for a consultation with a cardiac surgeon. They served 3 hours with a 2-month-old child! When asked to take it out of turn, the answer was negative, saying that everyone here is disabled and everyone is on a first-come, first-served basis. I understand, but there were children much older than us in the room, if there were also babies, we would sit and wait, but not in this situation, especially if you know that we are from the Vitebsk region and were on the road for more than 4 hours. When approaching doctors with this request, they sent it to the registrar, the registrar sent it to the doctors. It is a pity that the people of the "system" have lost their humanity! Is it really impossible to come up with a time record in the 21st century?!
