An excellent modern hospital with very good facilities and highly qualified specialists. The widest range of services. You can make an appointment in advance at a convenient time. It is more convenient to get there by your own transport, but there is a bus stop nearby departing from the railway station.
Undoubtedly the best hospital in Minsk in appearance - it's like a sanatorium there. There are also pines around, a wonderful coniferous aroma - well, in general, the situation there somehow disposes to recover.
All the staff I've come across are kind, helpful, with a soul. We are pleased with the prices for paid services - much lower than in private medical centers. Doctors, honey.the nurses, the administrators, even the women at the cash register and the buffet behave in such a way that trust in the institution is fully formed.
Everything is at the highest level!
The clinic is beyond praise. I was in the gynecological department for a week and I want to express my gratitude to all the staff. I will be infinitely grateful to the head of the department Kazakevich Andrey Igorevich (for professionally performed organ-preserving abdominal surgery, after which I recovered unrealistically quickly), the attending physician Goncharov Oleg Yuryevich (for competent treatment, consultations and a positive attitude), anesthesiologist Valery Alexandrovich Shekhurdin (for not feeling any side effects after anesthesia), and also to all the nurses, nurses and other staff of the gynecological and intensive care units for their care, support and kindness.
Special thanks to the kitchen staff - for the delicious food and those who are engaged in landscaping the yard - I enjoyed walking along clean paths and a well-groomed green area.
I wish you all good health and a worthy reward for your hard work!
I signed up for a paid consultation with a surgeon. The reception staff is very friendly, and in the cloakroom, and the rest of the staff, the center is large, you can get lost, but everyone I contacted showed me very cordially, told me how to get through, the Doctor was very attentive to my health problem. It cannot be compared with the service in the clinic! It's great that there is such a center in Minsk!!!
Excellent medical center. The rooms are double, modern beds, shower and toilet. The staff is polite and attentive. The operation was performed successfully without any problems. Thanks a lot to the surgery team.
I visited Kazakevich A. I. on the issue of polyp removal during hospitalization. Everything is smooth and consistent from the very beginning. The staff is on top, all my questions had the right answer, everything is clean, bright and cool in the heat (which was very appropriate this summer). The equipment is the most relevant, the doctor performed the operation successfully and competently, before and after examinations, consultation and recommendation for further recovery (and if there is a need for treatment), the tests taken are checked quickly. After the operation, the staff regularly checks how they feel, the nurses are funny and interesting interlocutors, they feel caring and the most human attitude (for which I thank them fervently). The food is delicious and varied. I am very pleased that I turned to this particular place for my problem, I recommend it to those who have such a need.
I'm lying right now in the gynecology department after surgery.
Impressions:
1) The registration takes a very long time. Considering that you need to be on an empty stomach, by 13.00 you already want to eat a lot :) Of the disadvantages, this is the only one.
2) Everything is new, clean, thoughtful, around the pine trees, clean air.
3) The doctors are just wonderful, everything is very clear, to the point. The operation was successful. I thank Dr. Kozakevich from the bottom of my heart! For peace of mind, attention, clear explanations and professionalism!
4) The work of medical staff is a separate space, all processes are established. But the main thing is that I do not know how the staff was selected, but this is an amazing collection of adequate, humane people. With humor, with support, with a human attitude.
5) Well, the cherry on the cake, for 42 years I ate for the first time in my life in the hospital. Usually a full ration is brought to me from home, because I am not able to eat it. And here the food is not only edible, but even more delicious.
In general, if the possibilities allow (it seems to me that the prices there are more than adequate for such a level), then I recommend this medical institution 100%.
No options. So far, only great impressions. Politely, organized, qualified, the consultation was very useful... And inexpensive at all. However, you need to have patience to get through :)
I give 3 stars only for the impeccable work of surgeons and anesthesiologists. Everything else... When choosing a clinic for surgery, I still focused on the status of the presidential one. What did you get in the end? Complete indifference on the part of the medical staff (not all, there were isolated exceptions). What I didn't like: 1. In a room for two people, there is an outlet only near one bed. In order to charge my phone, I had to get out of bed after surgery and go to my neighbor. There is also an alarm button near the bed where the socket is. It got bad – ask your neighbor (if she walks) to call a nurse to give her an injection. 2. This very injection of painkiller once had to wait an hour and a half until I started crying in pain. 3. I was put on an IV and left alone, no one came in to check her condition. I fell asleep and woke up to the fact that my blood was already flowing through the tube into the IV itself. From fright (I had an IV for the first time) I ran out into the hallway, which I got from the staff. They said that it was necessary to press the alarm button (let me remind you that she had a neighbor who was not there at that moment). 4. I had a stomach operation, I went to the hospital on Sunday. I was only given dinner. A cutlet and overcooked pasta, which I did not eat. I ate a cutlet, a small yogurt and drank tea. Then I didn't eat for five days (that's how it's supposed to be), BUT!!! Only now, when I arrived home, I saw that I was billed for food for all five days (35 rubles), and another 2 rubles for water, which I collected once in a 0.5 bottle and then drank all these five days. 5. When I asked to make me 200 ml of tea without sugar, I was told that I had "wow, what requests". I don't mind the money, I still had to go into debt for the operation, but I think it's at least a shame for a clinic with presidential status. 6. For five days I lay on the bed, which was smeared with my blood. No one offered to change it for me. From the general I did not like the fact that the wardrobes and the buffet do not work on Sunday, and when a visitor came to me on Sunday, he was scolded for the jacket in his hands. Will I come to this clinic again? No. I repeat once again that I have no complaints about the work of surgeons, they have golden hands. The girl in the dressing room is also very nice. The rest... is up to you.
I liked everything very much. A clear, fast registration system with an electronic queue. After the receptions, you can eat in a cafe or canteen (the latter, once in, works until lunch, everything is sorted out very quickly there. It is better to use the cafe at the check-in counters). Experts are trustworthy. Modern equipment.
An excellent medical institution, the prices for paid patient care are much lower than in other public and private clinics in our country. The staff is on top, the girls from the reception and the call center are just lovely! It's cool when there is such a cool, and most importantly affordable medical center!
Everything is clean and beautiful inside.
There are practically no queues. The staff is friendly and helpful.
But based on experience, we are not always ready to work with children correctly.
Excellent clinic. The doctors are professionals and the equipment is modern. The only disadvantage is the location: not in Minsk. For example, if it is necessary to undergo physiotherapy, it is quite problematic to get to the clinic and back to work every day
She was undergoing research in an isotope laboratory. Thank you all very much. Everything is clear and understandable. The star was removed because of the attitude of the senior nurse of the laboratory to the patients.... Dear Senior Nurse, Be patient-friendly! I am your colleague, the head of the middle management (chief nurse) Like you, and I didn't have a very pleasant after talking to you.
Modern medical equipment. Attentive and competent doctors. No queues near the offices (max. 2-3 people). Spacious corridors and offices. Affordable prices. A hospital and a polyclinic in one building is an excellent medical center!
Sincerely, from the bottom of my heart and saved heart, I congratulate the entire wonderful staff of the cardiac surgery department of the Republican Clinical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus on the Day of the Medical worker. Many thanks to Oleg Igorevich Kozlov, head of the department, Alexander Alexandrovich Komarovsky, the surgeon, Elena Evgenievna Kovaleva, the attending physician, and all the medical staff: nurses, anastasiologist, intensive care specialists, orderlies for your professional and human qualities that you show during and after surgery. Thanks to your golden hands and attitude, I have been living a new, fulfilling life for 5 months now. I wish you health and strength, recognition of your selfless work, human gratitude, joy and satisfaction from the happiness you gave to the people you saved! I wish you and your families kindness, optimism, and happiness! With great gratitude to L.S. Mikhalkova.
To be honest, the feelings of visiting are twofold. In general, everything is fine, I received the necessary examination, but in relation to the patient...I felt like I was in a rural polyclinic, no participation, the answers to the questions were strained, the doctor did not even come out, the nurse was shocked that the patient wanted to ask something. The look on her face made me want to apologize, honestly. Paid services in medical centers are usually more courteous, which surprised me.
Mostly doctors are super specialists, but there are some exceptions when you don't get answers to your questions or the answers are such that you have finally left.
But the worst thing is the registry staff, every time I decide to call the registry, and not the contact center, they are rude to me and raise my voice. It's better sometimes to wait for 30 people in a queue at a contact center than to spoil your mood with one call when you're having a hard time without it.
They don't even deserve one star!!!!!! His wife turned to the orthopedic traumatologist Dudinsky And K.,, the diagnosis was not made, he did not give recommendations, although in response to the complaint they wrote that he did all this, after his wife's request to give recommendations, he offered to return the money, this is boorish behavior, the deputy chief physician for the medical part Galitskaya also distinguished himself by boorish behavior S. S., after explaining the situation, she so brazenly said "We must respect the doctor" that they immediately decided to write a complaint, to which Galitskaya gave a book of complaints and asked to leave the office into the corridor and write a complaint there!!!!!
There were a lot of negative reviews in the complaint book.
In short, there is no professionalism and rudeness in this clinic, I really do not recommend going there, you will only waste money.
05/16/2024 I had an operation at the RCMC to remove the gallbladder by laparoscopy and I want to say a huge thank you to my doctors! Namely: Denis Nikolaevich Sadovsky, head of the surgical department, Alexey Alexandrovich Bankovsky, anesthesiologist and intensive care physician, and Maxim Petrovich Rudenkov, surgeon! Thank you very much for everything! PS Less than a day has passed since the operation, as I was at home! These are real professionals!!!
Convenient location - no need to wander around the city. But there are few parking spaces for cars. Everything is intuitive inside. But the prices for services are just space for an ordinary citizen
It was on October 15th for a paid service. The interior, in my opinion, is not spoiled,-at the level of. But....there are about a dozen windows,,, maybe a little less, and Two women are making out. in my opinion, this is not prompt and casts a shadow on the level of attention to incoming patients. Personally, I had to wait 20 minutes to sign the contract. Why am I doing this? 8-10 windows and 2 attendants. This does not correspond to the level of the Republican Center. I expected more
Ideally, we would like any of our clinics to work at about the same level as this center. Doctors are wrappers of their profession, they are always respectful and friendly, the attitude towards the patient is wonderful, and I did not see the difference which patient is from those who are on medical care or from those who receive paid services. Without queues, they are almost always accepted at the appointed time, if the delay is insignificant, the district therapist is so meticulous that he has only seen such people in the cinema among the old zemstvo family doctors. There is really a very high level of the Center.
A wonderful medical center at the level of the best world standards. Fast service at the reception and competent specialists. There are no queues and patients "need to be questioned." The only problem is with recording on the phone. 45 minutes of waiting is practically the standard. But, nevertheless, it's worth waiting… You will not be disappointed!
Thank you so much to Greedy rheumatologist Vasily Vasilyevich for the consultation!
Not a single question remained unanswered.
The cost of medical services was also pleasantly surprised.
The center is conveniently located, transport service
An excellent medical facility. The best equipment, polite, qualified staff, conditions of stay, which I have seen few places. It's not easy to get through to make an appointment for an ultrasound or to see a specialist, but it's understandable. I would like such a level of medical care and diagnostics everywhere and for everyone.
I was at an appointment with ophthalmologist Mishut E. M.
A very attentive doctor. I listened to everything, made a diagnosis, gave appointments and recommendations for treatment. No unnecessary manipulations! Everything is clear, competent and to the point
The clinic has an electronic queue, it's clean and pleasant. Very good organization
I really like to visit this medical center, everything is very cultural, on time, without queues, excellent specialists. It is a pleasure to visit, good modern equipment. I recommend it to everyone!
I was at a reception with Puchkova. The doctor did not answer any questions, did not tell about the disease, did not give any prescriptions. She sat with her back turned the whole time, didn't even specify which medications I had already taken, and when asked how soon the symptoms would go away, she shrugged her shoulders. Terrible qualifications, no involvement of a doctor. And I also paid for this outrage. Nightmare.
Clean, cozy. Electronic queue. A cafe where you can have a snack. The staff is polite, attentive, without imposing unnecessary procedures. Everything is clear and to the point. The restrooms have both soap and paper. The prices for paid services are acceptable
A good medical center. I went to a good specialist for rehabilitation, which is important for recovery after complex operations. Transport would come here a little more often.
Thank you for the high quality of service. The cleanliness is perfect. The doctors are excellent, not expensive. There is a lot of respect for the passport security at the entrance :) They know the service. From the big minus, parking is not convenient, there is little space for cars. You have to wait for half an hour until the place is free. And so a good clinic.
I, a resident of Zhodino, addressed cataract problems, and I want to mention and thank all the medical staff who helped me see life with new colors. I would especially like to mention the professionalism, care, attentiveness and sensitivity to my patients, LYUDMILA LEONTIEVNA KAPLICH, head of the ophthalmology department. He is a professional in his field, you can even say a doctor from God. And it is so nice that in our beautiful country of the Republic of Belarus, there are sensitive and caring doctors.
The best place to get a medical checkup for money, here you really get what you paid for.
I contacted here after the accident, had a CT scan and after an hour of waiting, I received a full description of all injuries in the statement and on the disks, very polite staff and the quality of service is at the highest level!
Colorectal cancer is gaining momentum in this world. Therefore, I decided to hedge my bets and do a colonoscopy (CS) at a private medical center. The fears were justified, and several rather large polyps were found. But it is necessary to remove such polyps only in a hospital so that they can save a person in case of bleeding or other emergency situation.
There were 2 options: to remove it at the hospital for free by referral or for a fee at the RCMC (vip-clinic). We chose the second option. We decided that this is a modern hospital with the best equipment and VIP service, judging by the name. I signed up for the queue, received instructions, a list of tests. And on the appointed day, I arrived at the clinic by 7.45 am, as indicated in the instructions (by 8.00). I arrived prepared for the operation, hoping that by 9 o'clock they would take me to the operating room and at 10 o'clock I would already wake up after anesthesia (this is how it happens in a private clinic at CS).
A little bit about preparation:
A week on a certain diet. Two days before the operation - a liter of special solution with polymer and salts. The day before the operation, you eat a light breakfast until 11-12 days. Then only clear liquids. And from 17 to 21, strictly on time, you drink another 4 liters of a solution of salts and a polymer that forces the intestines to give up what they have. The solution is not tasty, and on the 3rd-4th liter it starts to shiver. Then you go to the bathroom all night. And it turns out a sleepless night, chills, stomach aches from this solution and you still can't drink. Because the operation is under anesthesia. And that's the hardest part - NOT drinking.
So, after waiting 45 minutes, they began to register us. They wrote out a referral to surgery, signed it, and gave it to me. Then there is a queue at the registry office for registration of a paid contract. Then the payment of 30 rubles to the cashier for the work of the reception department. Then we went to the waiting room. I was reeling and dizzy. I still continued to visit the WC on the way while my husband was with my things. There was a queue in the waiting room too. I wanted to run away from there already. Several employees were processing patient cards. They explained to unintelligent citizens where to specify which phones in the questionnaires, etc. It was obvious that they were trying. But it was still very slow. We were simultaneously taken away for weight / height. Thank you, it was nice to see attempts to speed this up. After standing in line in that part of the software, I checked in and went to see a therapist. There were 5 people in front of me!!!! It looked like they wanted to torture me in this hospital. And people WERE DRINKING. That means they didn't have surgery that day. The spouse had to go to work. And I was left alone with things, a sick stomach, a dizzy head and uncertainty THERE. As a result, by 11 o'clock I was taken to surgery and left on the couch in the hallway. Because there were no places!!!!!! I warned everyone that I was close to fainting. I don't know by what miracle, but after 15 minutes the girl moved out of the room and I was finally able to LIE DOWN!
Now he had to wait an unknown amount of time before the operation. But it could be done lying down. I call this state "suspended animation", when you just need to turn off your brain and forget that you feel thirst, hunger, dizziness and pain.
As a result, at 14 o'clock I was taken to the endoscopy department.
Everything went there in about an hour. Then do not drink for 2 hours. Before going to bed - a decoction of oat flakes.
The next morning I realized that I was feeling really bad. The pressure was measured - 87/60. Still tortured. They had lollipops with them. I ate 2. It became a little easier.
They were discharged on the second day at around 10 a.m. That is, a little more than a day in the hospital.
I wrote recommendations in the questionnaire at the hospital. I will repeat them here.
It is necessary to change the work of the admission department.
1. Or add employees to make the queue go faster.
2. Or, first of all, to register those who have an operation on that day.
If I were older, my body might not be able to withstand this test. I don't want to go back there anymore. Although the beds there are very good. With a remote control. Children's hospitals have never dreamed of such a thing. I often went to hospitals with my child. Despite the simplicity of the departments, children were admitted to the wards much faster than here.
There is not a single comment on the work of the staff, doctors, and the team. Everything was fine. Thank them very much for what they are doing!
It is a pity that recently, on a paid basis, not all examinations (for example, for a colonoscopy under sedation) and specialist consultations (for example, to a gastroenterologist) can be booked. At the same time, the reasons and grounds for such decisions are not given to the call center.
The doctors are wonderful, the staff at the entrance is disgusting. It's just a complete bottom, it becomes a shame that such boorish women work in such a center.
They yelled, sent, refused to issue a book of complaints and suggestions.
No one informed you that in order to be accepted on a paid basis, you need to sign a contract and arrive an hour and a half earlier before the reception.
Everything is fine: the doctors, the equipment, the attention of the medical staff, and the forest around. One disadvantage: there is little transport to get there.
Qualified specialists. The attitude of all staff towards patients is very good. Excellent rooms with TV, shower and toilet. One can only dream that other hospitals would be of this level.
Thank you very much, good specialists, they looked at everything, told and advised what and how to do next, more such understanding doctors, and good health to all.
Good afternoon. From the bottom of my heart, I express my deep, sincere gratitude to all the doctors of the cardiology department for their selfless and noble work. I would like to express my special gratitude to the head of the department Oleg I. Kozlov for the highest professionalism, sensitive attitude to patients, attention and kindness. I also thank all the junior staff and the intensive care unit for their tolerance, responsiveness, warmth and attentiveness. May your noble work bring you only joy and satisfaction.
Thank you so much for your golden hands. From patient Dmitry Shut .
This review was written exactly a year ago. I want to once again express my great gratitude to the doctors and medical staff for their work. Thank you for your efforts and care. I live and feel well, thank you very much.
Good doctors, but the work of the registry is not optimized. I arrived 30 minutes before the reception and sat in the electronic queue, still being late by appointment. Of the 8 windows, only 2 were working, when there were about 20 waiting patients.
He was hospitalized for a week. Comfortable 1 or 2-bed rooms, climate control, recuperation, electric curtains, bathroom. Beds, mattress, pillows - super! The food is also normal. There is a buffet. Medical equipment is modern and imported. The doctors are young and competent. Everything is consistent with price and quality. Special thanks to Dr. Malkov Alexey Borisovich!
Quickly, without queues and on time, a wide range of services, doctors are good professionals, prices are slightly lower than medical centers, only sometimes you need a referral from a polyclinic... and it is inconvenient to get by transport, the parking lot is crowded...
