Not all teachers at the institute know the methodology of teaching a foreign language. Immediately after parsing the hieroglyphs, the homework is to prepare for dictation. Not a single training exercise has been done. They wrote naturally badly. They offered to write a dictation after we pass the lesson and do the exercises. The teacher RELUCTANTLY listened and clarified this point each time. If there are no questions (I did not understand what questions there might be about new words), the training exercises are skipped. Dialogues were read once at the suggestion of all 9 people, that is, the use of vocabulary is not worked out. They call the same ones. In 2.5 hours, you can answer 3 times, the rest of the time listen to explanations of what other meanings the hieroglyph has, which absolutely does not correspond to the level of students. Homework: make suggestions for new words yourself. Not knowing how they are used. The teacher sits on the phone, does not follow what the students say. Sometimes she corrects mistakes, but there are no mistakes, she just didn't listen. It reacts very incorrectly to speech errors based on completely new material. When there are questions on a topic rarely answers specifically, once I suggested Googling. But on the autumn holiday, she broadcast an outdated YouTube video in Russian. That's really not a problem to find, if you're interested. She demanded to come to the institute for the exam (with a remote training format) or install TWO cameras so that she could see that we were not cheating. I don't have two cameras. There is a lot of unnecessary extraneous information and linguistic terminology of an elevated non-school level. Not everyone on the course is a linguist. Very disappointed. The only ray of light is teacher Gao Wanzhou, who taught the first level. That's really where the methodology and classroom classes are. I will not continue studying at this institute.
ИМЕННО ОПТИМИСТЫ УЧАТ КИТАЙСКИЙ. И ИЗУЧАЮТ КИТАЙ. Остаётся лишь порадоваться за белорусский народ и его мудрое руководство, так прозорливо распорядившееся организовать - под эгидой Белорусского госуниверситета (БГУ) - Институт китаистики им. Конфуция (чья статуя поставлена в сквере перед зданием института). Наверное, не без помощи наших китайских товарищей сосредоточив все необходимые компетенции в одном месте. В результате чего через энное число лет в Беларуси будет подготовлено достаточное число специалистов по работе с самой перспективной на сегодня страной - лидером мирового экономического развития
