THANK YOU LETTER
I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the neurological department, headed by Svetlana Vladimirovna Yelenskaya, and wish this team good health and success in their hard work.
I would like to express my special gratitude to IRINA MIKHAILOVNA PROLYGINA, a neurologist and a professional in her field. Her kindness and professionalism are written all over her face. After lying in the department for 16 days, the question of admission was raised. But at that moment, you were next to me. Only thanks to your professionalism, kindness, sensitivity, quick actions, having studied my outpatient clinic
The card was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm literally within three days of examination. Thanks to you and your actions as a professional, the most difficult operation of skull trepanation was transferred to the RCNPN and three days later the UAV was performed by the golden hands of professionals.
Irina Mikhailovna is an excellent radiant person. This is a doctor not by position, but by vocation. I am constantly grateful to fate for sending me at that moment a doctor like you, smart, talented, insightful. If it weren't for you and the golden hands of the professors from the RCNPN who made an incredible miracle, I would no longer be in this world and I would not be able to write these words.
I praise the golden hands and the great talent of the doctor, I wish you health from the bottom of my heart, You are my good doctor, You are a real diamond. You saved me and brought me to health by the hand. Professors of the RCNPN and you have returned my smile and peace.
Thank you dear doctor - SAVIOR, ANGEL and GUARDIAN.
It is a great happiness that it is you who, after a difficult operation, remains my attending doctor to this day.
Thank you for your kind words, I
am very pleased to tell you. With great gratitude, the words!!!
Let it come back to you in life, like an echo, with deep good deeds of all your essence, health to you and a lot of laughter, let the path of your life be easy!
Alina Shikelya.
THANK YOU from the graduate of the intensive care unit. For 35 days you fought for my father's life and won. It was only thanks to YOU, your efforts and the cohesive work of the entire team that he survived with 100% lung damage.
Calling the intensive care unit every day and seeing your work, I can say one thing: YOU are doing everything possible and impossible to save people. You probably do the impossible even more.
I am sure that all the intensive care workers will go to heaven, because you have already been to hell.
In terms of treatment, I can't say anything. But every time I talked to my grandmother, who was lying there, our dialogue was interrupted by the hysterical screaming of the nurses. Of course, I understand that they have a regime there, they are responsible for the health of patients, and if a person has to "lie down and not get up" according to indications, then he is obliged to comply with this. But, it seems to me, it is possible to respond a little more adequately to the actions of deeply elderly patients (hearing, raising your voice and shouting is certainly not required), treat age with respect at least. After that, every time my grandmother called back in tears and said that she would leave "on receipt." And she, by the way, is not some fallen woman, but a well-deserved person...
