The impression is twofold. Most of the staff are pleasant people and, in general, have all the diagnostic equipment. But there are doctors and specialists who behave like the last bastards, only because of this the score drops significantly. Despite the fact that you pay 10k for a consultation, some of them refuse a simple request to indicate in the certificate that there was a visit to this doctor. Because of this, you have to contact their superiors, which takes up a precious couple of hours.
