We are currently vacationing in Colangute, GOA, a wonderful hotel called Paraiso Resort.The staff is very responsive and good-natured, and they immediately provide assistance with any request.... Everything is very clean, the room is cleaned regularly and very well.The territory of the hotel, the pool is in perfect order, very beautiful: greenery, flowers. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm, friendly, respectful.The breakfasts are delicious, mostly Indian food, but you can always find something for yourself. No one will stay hungry...Fruits are fresh and different every day, not the same thing.The breakfasts, in general, are at the highest level!
I would especially like to mention the work of Menger Gabriel.He met us, told us everything about the hotel.In the future, he immediately assisted in the decision to replace the refrigerator and kettle. In general, without unnecessary questions, everything was done very quickly. And everything is very friendly with warmth towards. A wonderful man! He is very kind, attentive and professional in his work! I wish prosperity to the hotel! Keep it that way in the future. We will definitely come back again and it is to this hotel! We had a family vacation in February for 5 days.
Positive:
- a good breakfast, but almost the same thing every day, a lot of spicy.
- the rooms are clean
- the pool is clean and large. There is an employee near the pool, looks after the children, gives out towels.
Minuses:
- check-in at exactly 14.00, we were checked in at 14.15.
- they barely asked for sheets and put extra clothes on, although it was indicated in the reservation that we have 2 adults and 3 children.
- guilty, you can't eat your own food, you can't drink. But we brought fruits, otherwise where to eat them
- towels are not allowed on the beach.
Conclusions: if my husband and I went, then we can, but we won't go there with the children anymore.
For the first 2 days we lived in another hotel, it was super: breakfasts (meager), our own kitchen (we cooked breakfast ourselves), a duplex apartment, huge beds, wonderful managers (settled us at 07.00 in the morning, since we arrived in Mumbai at 6 a.m. by train) and did not charge even for This. It's just that there were only 2 days free at this hotel, so we took this one, since we were here without children in 2018. Room prices are the same in 2 hotels
Conclusions: you can go to this Hotel, but not with 3 children.
