Advantages - nearby nature, fields, hills. Relatively clean air. Cons - this is a typical LCD human. There is a very high density of houses. Traffic is often difficult inside the complex.

A good LCD, the area is good, but there is a huge minus and this is parking from neighboring houses they put cars in our LCD and after 20:00 it is very difficult to find a place, sometimes you have to ride for hours to put a car anywhere

Khan Tengri's nice yard, all the people there are friendly. Khan Tengri itself is located in the Nauryzbai district.From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the mountains.If you live in Almaty or are moving, then I advise you to live there!
