I read an article about a restaurant with a Republic Restaurant interior design in the largest directory-catalog about Georgia Madloba madloba.info . I found out that this restaurant is ideal for a romantic dinner and is located on the third floor of a building with a magnificent view of the city of Tbilisi from the terrace. I plan to visit this place to enjoy the updated concept of European and Georgian cuisine and discover something new in tastes. I am interested in trying classic and new cocktails, as well as unusual desserts that are served at Republic Restaurant. I am glad that the prices in this restaurant are acceptable for a place of this level. The atmosphere creates the perfect feeling of calm and relaxation after a busy day at work. I can't wait to visit Republic Restaurant and enjoy its cozy atmosphere of enjoyment and relaxation.

Very expensive! Unjustified! The waiters are not attentive, do not write down and forget what they had to bring, in addition, they waited a very long time, and as a result, waiting for a hot dish, they received a cold one.

A good restaurant. The price tag is higher than in tourist establishments around, but the serving is more restaurant-like, they can additionally put bread and cheese to the dish. We didn't try Khachapuri and khinkali, but we ate other dishes and it was unrealistically delicious - for example, kharcho, lobio, kupaty in cheese, cucumber salad, tomatoes with pesto. The service is also on the level.

One of the advantages is a nice beautiful view. Of the minuses, the plates are not even dirty themselves, they have to call the waiter. The portions are small. We ordered 2 sets of kalakuri of 6 pieces, one khinkalka was missing. When they told the waiter about it, they only heard Sorry. The service is sooo bad.
I do not recommend visiting. And I won't go on my own anymore.

The worst Khinkali in the city! By overprice.
It used to be a stylish place for its time, but now being there it feels like you're on a sooo expensive food court...
The waiters arrogantly walk by, speak only English, but then change their shoes when they rest on their knowledge and switch to Russian

Expensive prices, 18% tax to so expensive prices. And the waiter didn't write down what we ordered, and they brought us another dish that we didn't order... when they asked if it was the right dish, she said yes, according to the receipt it turned out otherwise. Tea was brought as if for two, taking into account the fact that the cup is larger than the teapot, half a cup was poured to each other

The feeling that the place is very tired. The tables and chairs are battered, the windows are dirty, you eat and look at the birds sticking... well, of course.
The food is carried for a long time, but it is quite tasty. The waiters are strange, they seem to be on their first day at work and just go back and forth without a purpose, the service is long and does not seem particularly professional, given that the prices are high.
In general, I do not recommend it
