we rented a chainsaw, made an order from one host, returned it to another. We've heard enough that WE've lost the tank mounting bolts and that we've filled in an incomprehensible mixture. and as I understand it, if the guy who handed over the instrument to us hadn't come up, we would have had to pay fines. He said that was how it was, and that was the end of it. Will we apply again? hardly because they either check the tools poorly or want to take off extra money.
I hired people, rented equipment, the grinder worked for an hour and died. The phone at the rental office that day was not picked up and did not call back. We worked it out as it is. When I returned it, I told about the situation and they explained to me that after checking they would call me if it broke down because of my fault. Of course there is no call, because we didn't do anything extravagant with her. I didn't really expect an offer to refund the money, although it is appropriate and logical, but a call and an apology or an offer to take something at a discount in the future - yes. In general, the relationship is one-sided. I do not recommend it
The terrible rental policy (steam cleaner), the most important details are unfair, and we ourselves, not the landlord, had to take them back and forth to fix them. The landlord also says that they would work with what they have (which is in good condition) and hangs up. Moreover, the payment is taken as for the full rental set.

A large range of tools in general, a sufficient range of battery tools (I compare them with OMA). There have been no problems so far, you can contact us!
