I do not recommend it, I booked accommodation a month in advance,confirmed the reservation on the eve of check-in, called back, they assured me that everything was in order, and a few hours before check-in they wrote that they could not pickle, they did not offer any other options, the rest was ruined!

I do not recommend this organization in any case!!! We agreed that we would inform you about the check-in in an hour. We urgently needed to return to our city, as we were in Minsk on business. Naturally, I CALLED and asked to cancel the reservation, as we are unable to stay. The girl spoke to us very rudely and with displeasure, at the end of the conversation she said: "don't be offended if you come to us someday and just kiss the closed door!" and hung up. This is the first time I've met with such managers. you do, if that's how they communicate with clients, then what kind of housing could they provide?!
