We chose a company to rent based on reviews, I think that the company was overrated.
In general, acceptable prices, a deposit of 100 euros, the car is on its way, they met at the airport, everything was explained.
Now about the cons
We rented a vw polo 1.4 automatic for 2 weeks, we knew what we were going for, but there were moments that the company could have followed better.
An error of the airbags was burning (I wrote to the manager about it twice and was ignored), the right turn signal did not work, which led to critical situations on the road (we were able to solve this issue with the company), the hood did not open at all from the word, it started every other time, the headlights did not always turn off when they should have turned off, the glasses allow ultraviolet light to pass through :) We all burned together, each to his side of the sun. The left side mirror is like a magnifying glass, it is simply unrealistic to assess the situation in such a mirror.
Yes, this is a car from the cheap segment, but! Airbags and turn signals are responsible for the safety of life in this car, this could be monitored better!
The most interesting thing started when handing over the car, they tried to hang scratches and dents on us that were before us, if I hadn't shot a detailed video before signing the contract, it would have been very unpleasant. They tried to charge money for dirt on the car (it stood under a lime tree for a couple of days) and for our arguments on points what was wrong with the car-they really don't care. The deposit was returned, we will no longer rent a car from them, as well as advise this company.
I am very pleased with this company. The rental conditions are much better than in online rental offices. Firstly, the minimum deposit is one hundred to two hundred euros, the second driver is free. Unlike online ones, where you have to pay for every "sneeze", moreover, there are also some incomprehensible deposits in the amount of thousands of euros and above. Eduard not only told and suggested directly on WhatsApp in Russian what and how, but also really helped with some incomprehensible moments just during the rest. For example, I took off a screenshot of the map where the tourism agency is located. Secondly, it just so happened that they got up under the sign. The fine was 40 euros, the policeman said that you need to go to the police station the next day and pay it there. But Eduard and his friend Kyoko immediately contacted us and told us that they would sort everything out. As a result, they simply returned the deposit with a deduction of the fine. I am very grateful for the help and service. I will recommend it to everyone anyway!)))
