I took a Mercedes GLE for a week. The car is in good condition, it was given out clean and with a full tank. They were served quickly, issued in 10 minutes. The service is on the level, the prices are market-based. I also took a car from them, only in Almaty – consider it a regular customer :D

I rented a car for 2 days from 07.05 to 09.05 in 2023. Genghis prepared a car (Toyota fortuner) the next day. Everything was quickly taken away, a minimum of bureaucracy and a clear contract. The conditions are good, the car is in decent condition, we managed to go to Stepnogorsk and Borovoye without any problems. The car was also quickly accepted back, Thanks to Genghis, Serik and Dauren. I recommend it and will contact you next time. I rented a car in Astana.

In general, everything is fine, as everywhere else, but the acceptance of the car is too much, with sniffing specks, scratches, etc. And the cost of washing will be charged from above in cash. Or wash it yourself.
