We rented a Hyundai Accent for 4 days. We traveled as a family along the Almaty-Kolsai-Chundzha-Almaty route (700 km).
The car is new, clean, the tank is full. The contract was prepared for the appointed time and was completed in about 10 minutes.
Much more profitable than taxi services in a Toyota Alphard on the same route. I'm incredibly glad that there are such guys. Good luck in the future!

I'm renting a car for the third time in this place. I like everything 👍 wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, all questions are answered) on the site there are those cars that are on site. The contract is standard and without pitfalls. There are also cars that have seen life, in particular the Lexus NX300h with a bunch of errors on the panel, but in general the car goes without problems, the price was just cheaper than for a similar one, but newer. In general, if I need a car, I will come back to them.

We came on vacation to Almaty, rented a Hyundai Creta here, went to Charyn and Black Canyon, Kolsai Lake, Lake Issyk, went to BAO (to the barrier, then the road is closed), were on Medeu, well, and went somewhere else for small things. The car was in perfect order, we liked everything :) Of course, the prices bite a little, but the service is at its best. I was pleased with the opportunity to travel to Kyrgyzstan, although we did not have time to use it, just as we did not have time to get to Altyn-Emel (you can't drive this car directly to the reserve itself, but you can go to the place where cars go there), but nothing, we will come again — we will definitely use this rental :)

I rented a car 3 times, from a Camry to a garage. Everything is at the highest level. Service, attitude, contract and conditions, the cars themselves.

A good car fleet, affordable prices, transparent and official car registration process, pleasant staff.
We went with the company to the Charyn Canyon (take into account the extra charge for leaving the city), rented a Hyundai Accent 2022 with a mileage of 200 km per day: we got a clean car with a full tank. The conditions of return are either to refuel and wash the car yourself, or to pay the cost of these services under the contract upon return. There is a gas station and a car wash not far from the office; we filled up a full tank, but we did not waste time on washing.
Upon return, the car was examined with a flashlight, offered to pay for the car wash through the cashier, accepted the keys, shook hands. We are waiting for the refund of the deposit in 14 days (the time of checking the car for traffic violations outside the city).

Terrible conditions for leaving the city. Only in Kazakhstan there are such conditions, all over the world I took cars normally and the conditions were better.
Elantra 21 years old, in fact, with departure to the Charyn Canyon and Issyk, requested 67,000 tenge, a deposit of 50,000 with a refund within 14 days. When I wrote a month before the lease, I asked for an advance payment of 30,000 tenge.
Getting from Venice to Milan in a rented BMW is cheaper than renting an Elantra with a trip out of town in Almaty in this company.
Who rents a car for trips inside the city and why? There is carsharing for this, if you really need it. You can't take a taxi. Accordingly, the main client is a tourist who wants to see the sights around the city, but is faced with such a pricing policy. Even in neighboring Kyrgyzstan, the rental conditions are many times more humane and more customer-oriented.

I used Rentacars services for the first time and, in short, I am very satisfied. Firstly, there is a wide selection of cars (If you have trips on a hot date, I advise you to book in advance. I booked 2 days before the May holidays and there were few cars), secondly, qualified and pleasant managers. Special thanks to Eduard and Diyaz! Thirdly, 24/7 operational support - they will always answer your questions. Fourth, honesty. Upon arrival in Almaty in the evening, I was in a hurry to take the car and practically did not inspect it, because time was running out. The managers said that the car was photographed with a professional camera and there will be no complaints from Rentacars if there are no new scratches, etc. The next morning it was time to take a closer look at the car and noticed several defects, after which I wrote to support and they assured me once again that everything was fixed. I calmed down and after 2 days, as a result of the inspection, the car was accepted. What am I talking about? I had a case where I was charged for a scratch on a car that was already on the car. The photo was saved. In the case of Rentacars, I would like to thank the guys for their honesty and, in general, for a very pleasant trip through the beauties and sights of Almaty!

This is a great place with excellent service and very polite people. I was very pleased with the support via WhatsApp and the quick answer to all questions. The contract was concluded quickly, the car was provided in excellent condition, there was a bottle of water in the cabin, which was very useful. Such little things are very pleasing. I took a car for three days to travel around Almaty and the region. We offered several alternatives, and chose the most convenient option (Kia Seltos). Before handing over the car, they took pictures of everything in detail and offered to fix the existing scratches on video, if necessary. Polite and fast communication with car rental managers. I didn't have time to wash the car before delivery - they did a car wash at RentaCars for a reasonable price. I had a pleasant experience.

At first I thought that the price was being charged here because the company was big, but after a day of studying other offers, I realized that the company had apparently become big because of the adequacy of the offers against the background of other companies.
I took elantra for two days. there was generally zero - 3k mileage. the package includes full fat. The deposit was returned as agreed. No one got to the car and looked for a reason not to return the deposit. The service is at a decent level. Only positive impressions remained.
unfortunately, I couldn't attach a photo of the car... I didn't have time to take it off while I was enjoying the beauty of the South of Kazakhstan🇰🇿

Upon receiving the car, there was a welcome bottle of iced tea in the cabin, a trifle, but very nice!)) Of the disadvantages, I can only highlight two points:
1. This is a long time for the refund of the deposit for the car and a limited list of possible refund methods. I returned it for a whole month.
2. The loss of the refunded amount will be from 7 to 12%, depending on the refund method.
Otherwise, there are no questions, the service is high-quality.

I arrived, made a deposit, agreed on everything, which is on the trail. day in the morning (and it was at 9 p.m.) I come and pick up the car, everything seems to be OK and I read the contract, in general, nothing foreshadowed trouble, I already left and they call me half an hour later and say, you know, we changed our mind, your experience does not suit us, we returned the deposit (at least thanks for that) and wrote "come back to us in 2 years." If anything, I agreed with them about the length of service in the morning, and that's the only reason I was calm all day that everything was OK. As a result, all the plans for one place, I framed all the friends with whom I decided to go to the canyon, everyone has already tuned in. I no longer have time to organize anything for the next day, because it was already late in the evening. In general, thank you very much to this campaign for such a service, and immediately know that you can be severely framed at the very last moment.

We rented a car for a week: we needed delivery to the airport by a rather late (~ 2 a.m.) time and planned to return there a little earlier (23:30).
The car was brought to the airport by the time of arrival of our flight, the Askat manager helped with the paperwork, the process took about 5 minutes, as well as the return. Everything is very fast.
The car is almost new, about six months old, in excellent condition, no problems during the week of operation.
The deposit was returned in full, but a week later, as warned.
Next time we will take the car here again. Separately, I would like to note that you can choose a specific car model and give it exactly (not one of the categories, as in many other rentals), this is a huge plus.

But the car itself is... a bucket of bolts, it's mildly smeared. There is no suspension, the collapse is such that you can drive in a circular motion without touching the steering wheel, the check is lit, occasionally an error pops up on the light bulbs ... We chose a car in advance, the prepayment was made through Caspi. On the day of the lease, all the documents and the car were already ready. A couple of signatures, paid the rent and left. It took 10 minutes.
Handing the car back is also fast: inspection, a couple of signatures, gave the keys and left.
The deposit is refunded in a couple of weeks: checking for fines and hidden breakdowns after washing. The car wash is also secured with 5,000 tenge. It's all spelled out in the contract.

The car was almost a new KIA Celtis, mileage 24,000 km. Everything is very clean, a bottle of water as a gift) The manager of Aksat, who gave out the car very friendly, advised to go to the Charyn Canyon and the mountain lake Kolsai, for which he is very grateful! The beauty is indescribable, I advise everyone! We turned around in 12 hours. The manager picked up the car the next morning from the specified address (this is a paid service). In general, I was very pleased with everything!

I took a car with extended insurance - despite the fresh scratch, there were no questions at the time of delivery. The girl in the office offered tea/coffee, excellent service. I recommend it!
