Excellent rental. All issues were resolved quickly. They were one of the few who agreed to give money in Patong and pick it up from the Tao Bank in Laguna.
The bike is in good condition, the mileage was 11k. No problems were noticed, everything worked like clockwork. Questions were answered quickly in the chat. The deposit was refunded within 30 minutes after the bike was inspected upon return. I left the deposit in rubles, which is very convenient.
I'll contact the guys again on my next visit.

They were debited via whatssapp. They sent all the information and what kind of bikes are available and at what price. I chose it and agreed on when I would get a ride. Prices are normal. For the honda click 160, they took 2,900 baht in 14 days, a deposit of $ 100, delivery of 700 baht (located somewhere 40 km from them). They also gave 3 helmets for free (two adults and 1 child). The contract is electronic, health insurance is included in the rental price. I recommend that you take and install your DVR. Upon acceptance, every centimeter of the bike is examined very carefully and checked against the original photos. In general, I am satisfied, fast and simple.

We rented a 2023 Yamaha Grand Filano scooter in March 2024 for 20 days, everything is fine! Delivered with a full tank to the right address by the agreed time, the bike is excellent, all minor scratches were fixed immediately, and a contract was concluded. They gave two helmets in the kit, and there were raincoats in the trunk
The scooter itself is top, excellent for two, quite compact, comfortable seats, plus despite the volume of 125 cubes, it rides quite cheerfully:)

Good rentals, Russian-speaking employees are in touch at vacap all the time, all employees in the office are friendly and smiling too. All documents for bikes are issued, a helmet to choose from, new bikes, on my click160, there was about 200 km of mileage, we left with my wife for a pleasure for a month and a half without incident, the prices are adequate, I did not find cheaper for a new bike, I will continue to use the services :)
