Liked it · Breakfast. The breakfast is excellent and the bed is normal, the staff is polite, but they couldn't bring slippers and sugar the first time, I had to ask twice, the rest is just terrible... Well, the furniture is beautiful, but what's the point of this furniture?
I didn't like it · We took almost the most expensive room in the hotel. There is no ventilation in the room, but the window cannot be opened, because, and this is a quote, the fan coil may explode. There is no heating in the toilet! Absolutely nothing! In winter! But there is ventilation, even if you try to warm it up with a shower, all the heat comes out through the ventilation. Wonderful experience! You're standing there trying not to turn into ice while you're washing! And setting the temperature in the shower... It's a complete... ! You're either standing under boiling water or under ice water, there's no other way! And the phone didn't work in our "super elite room", there was nowhere to put dirty shoes, and the key demagnetized the very next day! And the cherry on the cake is the hangers, with which you solve a puzzle every time to hang a jacket (see photo) Four stars?! Don't be ridiculous! It's a disgrace! And for that kind of money... Yes, you can get the same thing 4 times cheaper, especially with uncontrolled water and a cold toilet, what was the point of overpaying?!

Excellent restaurant, price, quality, speed of serving dishes, cleanliness of the kitchen and tables, the guys are trying to make the kitchen delicious, the dishes are large enough, you can get enough of salad and soup.

- Quite a nice cozy hotel. The staff is very polite.
- A large selection of breakfast food. Even athletes who follow nutrition will find something to eat 😁
- Since the check-in was from 14, and we arrived in the morning, we were given the opportunity to leave things in the storage room.
- there is a swimming pool, gym and hammam👍🏻
Of the cons:
- Actually, the very possibility of settling in only during the day. That is, if you arrive early in the morning, you will have to wait somewhere or look for another hotel
- Sometimes the card from the room is discharged, although it lies separately from all things. But it is corrected in one minute at the reception)
- The doors to the room are closing very noisily. And the sound insulation is not the best
Overall, the hotel is not bad, but it is better to book in advance because prices bite)
