In general, they can't even be given one star, just for the beautiful packaging of services. The last time I came for an oil change, I washed the car at a professional car wash before the trip, and when I was issued, they included a technical car wash without my consent, which cost more than a professional wax-coated car wash. The blue eye claimed that the car was dirty. Before that, there was a case where the side rearview mirror broke (only a piece of glass), after they called the price, I started looking at other service stations, found it and replaced it at 16 (sixteen!) times cheaper. I changed the oil a couple of years ago, so I managed to replace 2 oil filters. I noticed it well before the payment, but it turned out that there was no boss who could authorize the recalculation, I had to wait several hours, the payment was not accepted anyway, the car was not returned, the book of comments also turned out to be with that boss (at least that's what they explained to me), the boss appeared only after threatening to call the police and did not even I apologized. Don't set foot on them anymore, and I don't advise others.

It is normally serviced exactly until the warranty expires. Repairs of up to 1,000 rubles are charged with obvious irritation. There are almost never any spare parts. When installing their own spare parts (even those purchased from an official supplier), they will definitely slip a piece of paper that they do not bear any responsibility. They regularly try to put a car wash on the bill (although they always have my car right at the entrance to the center). And the funny thing is, if you go to three different masters with the same problem, you get three different diagnoses and three different amounts.
