Great hotel!!!
Gorgeous sea views and sunsets, a very nice pool.
We took a room with breakfast, the service in the restaurant is at a high level, the waiters are very attentive.
The choice at breakfast is large, very tasty coffee is prepared.
The girls at the reception are ready to help in any situation, thank them so much for checking in early!!!

A great hotel, the staff is super-responsive, everything is clean, the food is very tasty (we took breakfast, lunch and dinner), the rooms are just Wow, but there are rooms with sea views. The location is also great, not Turkey, but the sea pleases the soul and eyes. The kitchen is also on top if we talk about food orders, it is very tasty. I highly recommend you to visit!

I really like this hotel, convenient location, beautiful rooms with sea views. Delicious breakfasts and everything is always fresh. I especially liked the staff at the restaurant, as well as the maid girls, quick laundry and ironing. We will definitely come again.

A wonderful place: clean, cozy, comfortable. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, safe. Bathrobes and towels. The spa is also very clean. The outdoor pool is clean and warm. I definitely recommend it.

A magnificent hotel, we stayed here in the summer of 2023. Incredibly friendly and courteous staff. They will always help, they will tell you everything. The rooms are also good, all amenities are available. The only disadvantage is the lack of a balcony in the room and the inability to open the window, so you have to escape the heat with air conditioning.
I would especially like to mention the awesome pool with a very beautiful view. But you need to go out to him early, because by 10 a.m. all the deck chairs are already occupied)

Pros: Good hotel with service, excellent breakfast, large rooms, outdoor pool
Minus: access to the outdoor pool was closed on Saturday due to a private party. Plus, music was blaring under the windows until almost two o'clock in the morning. A very strange solution and service for a city hotel. I had to complain.

I will say this: for Kazakhstan, for Aktau - the hotel is super! Don't expect any special frills here, but everything you need is at a high level! Especially the gym! It is especially relevant for me when traveling. There is an outdoor swimming pool and a sauna. The room is clean, spacious enough. Two large volume bottles of water are updated every day. There are slippers and bathrobes. And I also get high when the water pressure in the shower is strong, they didn't let me down. Near the sea, shops, cafes… The breakfasts are varied and delicious. There is a comment on coffee - or such grains, or such a coffee machine - but there is no sense of saturation of taste. And yet, for all 4 days, for some reason, the room cleaning was closer to 16.00. It seems like I had already walked up, I wanted to go back to the room and relax from the heat ... and the room was not cleaned, and I already put the towels on the floor to replace ... I had to send them back twice so that I could rest… But, in general, I liked everything. I would have come back again.
But!! There is one But! I ordered Pepsi in the room, the price is 1000 tenge. So they charged another 1000 for the delivery. A trifle, but how not nice!!! Therefore, I do not recommend the room service!

Although the hotel is not new, Renaissance maintains its 4 stars. There are few high-quality hotels in Aktau, the hotel keeps its brand. They try to listen to all wishes and respond quickly to comments. I spent about a month in it with my family - a good choice for temporary apartments away from home.

I liked the hotel, we rented a Deluxe room, the staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast for 5+. But there is a nuance, the repair in the room leaves much to be desired, the watering can in the shower is broken, everything is worn and shabby, I took off the star for the condition of the room.

Отдыхали в Ренессансе в августе 2023 г. В целом все понравилось. Номер чистый, уютный, все работает безупречно. Уборка ежедневная со сменой постельного белья и полотенец, даже если их не положить на пол. Ежедневно обновляли бутылки питьевой воды- 2 л на номер, это приятно! Брали номер с завтраком и ужином. На завтрак шведский стол, ужин подают без выбора блюд. Приходишь , отмечаешься и ешь, что принесли - салат, горячее, хлеб, десерт(самый элементарный и как правило невкусный) и стакан сока. Подача ужина была оооочень долгой! Пару раз даже ходили и просили уже принести десерт, т.к. сидели за ужином более часа и давно все съели, но официанта было не дождаться. Зато порции хорошие, большие! Сделали вывод, что если жить в Ренессансе, то бронировать номер только с завтраком!
Есть 2 бассейна, оба небольшие. Открытый посещали несколько раз, очень неплохо. Тренажерный зал хороший. Месторасположение хорошее, рядом море, мемориал «Вечный огонь», кафе и рестораны в пешей доступности.
В целом впечатление хорошее, но реально на 5* не тянет.

Супер! Замечательный отель! Полностью соответствует линейке Mariott! И номера прекрасные, и бассейн идеальный, баня, спортзал просто мега крутой!!! Вкуснейшие завтраки! Расположение - великолепное! Виды из окна - закачаешься! Персонал очень отзывчивый. Во всех вопросах стремятся помочь. У нас был замечательный отдых! Спасибо!

This is a great hotel! Good sound insulation. There is always a place by the pool, everything is clean and tidy, quiet, 3 minutes walk to the sea. Friendly staff. The disadvantage is that the windows are not washed, although the view is excellent - therefore, the review is 4 points.

Nice modern hotel with a great location. You can see the Caspian Sea from almost all the rooms. Large, comfortable, practical rooms. The only wish is a slightly more varied and delicious breakfast buffet.

Хороший отель с двумя бассейнами: снаружи и обогреваемый внутри (30градусов). Есть сауна, спорт зал.
Номера с большими окнами. Рядом много кафе.
Недалеко до пляжа, но он не ухоженный, с водорослями. Лучше ездить подальше, например, Достар.

Были там с 17.08.23 по 24.08.23г, отличный отель, всё везде чисто. Номер убирают каждый день. Вежливый персонал, всегда готов помочь. Так же хороший бассейн и чистый. Расположение хорошее, удобно добираться в любую точку. Мы не еле в отеле, около отеля много ресторанов и кафе.

Great hotel, I recommend it. The service is 5+, the cleanliness, the rooms are excellent! The view of the sea from the windows of the room is simply magical.Ours even had a kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator, although it wasn't in the photo and there wasn't a word about it in the description. It's a wonderful place!!

Персонал приветливый и готовый помочь. В номерах чисто и опрятно. Завтраки разнообразные, всего хватает. Единственное что хотелось бы, уличный бассейн с подогревом

У гостиницы удобное расположение. Персонал и обслуживание вполне на уровне, всё чисто, опрятно. К сожалению, когда мы там останавливались, летний бассейн ещё не работал, но зато работал внутренний(хоть и довольно небольшой). Брали с завтраком, о чём ни грамма не пожалели - огромное разнообразие в формате шведского стола.
