Very lush interiors, everything glitters and shimmers)) The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is a refrigerator, a seating area. The breakfasts are varied and hearty.
If you are passing through Samarkand, then don't even look for a better place. A definite HIT in the heart of the city. A wonderful hotel that meets all the necessary requirements for a good rest and work. Luxurious interior design, where the convenience and comfort of the guests are the main priorities. The room has new furniture, comfortable bed, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, free Wi-Fi with good speed. Excellent breakfast buffet. We express our gratitude to the well-trained staff who will always help you with any issue. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood is created. Special thanks to the owners of the hotel for their hospitality, treats, recommendations and help. We have never seen such a friendly attitude anywhere!! It's nice when people treat their business with dedication and responsibility. We hope to come again! Thanks a lot to everyone!
The hotel was entered by accident. Initially, we booked another one nearby. But the numbers were mixed up in it. We refused to live in a larger room, but with windows into the hotel lobby. Photo attached) The manager did not find an acceptable option, and we moved to Renaissance. Special thanks to the young man and Natalia at the reception. The young man did not know Russian very well, but he spoke excellent English. It didn't become a problem for us. They helped and prompted in everything) Spacious, comfortable rooms with 4.5 meter ceilings. It's a bit not our style "a la expensive-rich", but we liked it on the whole. Now about some inconveniences. 1. There is no elevator (not a problem for me), they probably help others carry it. 2. Hard mattresses. Not everyone will be comfortable. 3. At night, where there is a disco in the morning. You can hear it on the second floor. And it lasts until about 4 in the morning. I don't know if it's every day. But it can also be a plus. One night I didn't want to sleep and regularly went to get whiskey for myself and beer for my wife) There is an interesting female audience there) in very frank rows. It's very similar to what the Chinese have in ktv karaoke...
Stayed 3 nights. On the 1st day, all the water was turned off (they say all over the city). In the 2nd Wi-Fi went out, and then the light (although there was a very strong wind). And in general everything is good - cozy, clean, almost the center of the city

It's a great hotel, it's a pity that we only came for a day! Bright and spacious rooms, delicious breakfasts, helpful staff. Very clean! Convenient location for hiking: close to squares and parks, as well as central streets. If we are still in Bukhara, we will definitely settle here again)))
The bed is tougher than a shelf on a reserved train. The dining room (where breakfast is served) is smoky. There is no elevator. The room itself is spacious and clean. There may be no hot water in the evenings.
