We had a rest in November -December 2023, we were delighted, the hotel is new , the 2-year-old child has something to do, breakfast for different tastes. The only thing is that the beach did not suit us , the waves and algae , but we go to the one we love ! They vowed not to do this, not to return to the same hotel, but returned in November -December 2024. And the impression is generally different - the children's area , it has been worn out for a year , you are waiting in line for breakfast and you are called for 20-60 minutes , well, I have never seen this anywhere with queues, not in Dubai , where the flow is huge , not in Paris , where there is a room with breakfast for 10 people. This year we were attacked by mosquitoes , bitten from head to toe , doubtful of course ! I don't think we'll be back anymore

It's just a great place. The room is comfortable. Cleanly cleaned. Super friendly staff. There are 4 pools. Breakfast food is fire. The location is very far from everything, but at least they take you to the beach often, thank you very much for this.

The new hotel is open right during the Covid pandemic. As of March 2024, some construction work is underway at the hotel and sometimes it can be noisy during the day because of this.
The hotel has a very nice interior and exterior. A conference center is part of the hotel, and "business trips" sometimes make up 95% of the hotel's nights. This can be both a plus and a minus. The hotel is almost always full, and it can accommodate about 700 people at a time. Which is a lot. It feels very strong at breakfast. It's just darkness.
The main disadvantage is that you can get a room with the smell of mold and mustiness. Especially during the rainy season. The situation is aggravated by the terrible layout of all rooms, including a bathroom next to the bed. That is, the bathtub is part of the room, and in addition a plastic curtain. A very controversial decision.
Of the pleasant ones, there are four swimming pools, a larger and beautiful territory, a huge gym and spa, very large rooms, even a standard room has almost 50 meters and a large balcony. Comfortable beds and pillows. 4K TVs in the room. The suites have Espresso guards with cappuccino machines. Excellent staff.
The hotel is located 3 km from the sea. The hotel has its own beach club and a free shuttle bus goes there every hour from 10-00 to 17-00, but the sea in this part is very bad and it is extremely difficult to swim because of rocks and algae and low tide.
For the elite Bonvoy participants, the hotel has prepared daily snacks, sweets and drinks, including alcoholic ones, which are served a la carte throughout the day at the bar.
The pools have very comfortable modern sun beds with soft mattresses and unusual umbrellas from the sun.
There is a separate paradise for children, including a children's club, a children's pool with entertainment, ice cream, etc.
In general, the hotel is very even. It is not ideal and there is much to strive for, but the price tag is humane for such quality. Cheap rooms start from only $140 per night.
