Everything is fast. But unfortunately the spare part did not fit (we selected it), so there are no questions for the staff. The only negative was brought for a refund, they said no at the checkout, come another day (this is who buys for cash) we were lucky that we made the payment by card. We attached the card to the terminal and the money was returned within 2 days.

The phone support service is working fine, however, when I came to get spare parts, I was met by a disgruntled employee… When I asked for accounting documents for my accounting department, she told me with displeasure that I needed to talk about it in advance (I warned about this on the phone) and I got the impression that I owed this employee something. Give a lesson on business ethics to your employees!
