The website shows the work schedule from 9.00 to 20.00, and in fact they work from 10.00. I came with a heavy package of things (umbrellas, radio clock, iron)for repair at 9.30, the master was already there. I asked, -will you take it for repair?, - in response -a disgruntled face and slammed the door in his face. It's time to go to work with this package😢I won't come here anymore 👎

I ordered a set of spare parts, the manager helped me pick it up, asked me to bring it before 16.00, the manager said no problem. I arrived at 15.30 at Igumensky, there were no spare parts yet, I asked the cashier to clarify how long to wait, because I was not local, to which I was politely sent with the words expect SMS) I came at 17.30, the cashier said the spare parts arrived but not all. I took what was on the condition that the others would arrive tomorrow, they did not arrive tomorrow.
Conclusion: The site is convenient, customer service is not very good.
