Well ok. When I hung up the phone, I saw a missed call from remzone, that is, some other manager was trying to call me at that time. I took my dusters and went out of town. And then I get an SMS in the SAT that my order is ready. I think it's great, it's come in 3 days. Today I come to get the bolts, and they give me some other part in the amount of 1 piece for a different amount. I'm starting to clarify, I think they may have confused the same thing: the manager who tried to call me while I was talking with another manager canceled my order for camber bolts and put something unknown to me instead. I do not know what he was guided by. Time is lost, there are no bolts in Minsk, the car is going to be repaired tomorrow morning. As a result, I will be without a car for more than a week, auto1 promises to deliver the bolts only on July 15th. There are no apologies from miracle managers and the company. Great job, guys.👏
