The pick-up point is normal, nothing supernatural. The only thing, people, inspect the goods upon receipt, before payment. Repeatedly, it came across that the product was opened, returned from someone, it is no longer new. Sediment. I put 5 stars, only for the call center, there is an operator / manager Eugene, cool , adequate, and for the fact that when they arrive at the point of delivery of the goods, they call back.
Disgusting!!!! The sales department specialists managed to do it three times - THREE TIMES!!!! mess up the order.... and this is not counting the fact that the order was promised within three hours, but I had to sit for another 4 hours near the pick-up point (say you can't, I'll take it elsewhere), as a result, ALL plans were thwarted, a bunch of people idled back and forth until 19 o'clock and like the cherry on the cake, the whole order was not delivered again!!!! Apparently, driving the car back and forth is interesting.
Dear managers, by recruiting unskilled staff, at least put someone over them who can control them, or at least explain the meaning of the work of your stores
A good pick-up point, not crowded, parking is closed, so you have to park on the driveway or further down the street, the staff is polite, and as always, the delivery speed and quality of spare parts are on top!

This resulted in deception and false information on the selection of spare parts, which led to downtime of the car, and loss of personal time. I'm not talking about the refund of funds that will be credited to the card in at least 3 days. In other companies, if they make a mistake, they will replace the spare part and bring it at their own expense so that the customer is satisfied. It is pleasant and efficient to work with such people.
