Такого "мастерства" ещё не встречала. "Рукастая" Зинаида напрочь испортила кожаную куртку: вместо того, чтобы подклеить небольшие дефекты, она зашила их, собрав огромные складки. Свои косяки она затем распорола, оставив дыры. Ни извинений, ни возмещения ущерба я не дождалась.
