I will never contact this institution. The work schedule shows the time until 19.00. Arrived at 18.27. No one. Closed. I accidentally met a departing watchmaker who accepted my order for a jeweler. They promised to call back at 12-13 o'clock the next day. I waited until 17. I called myself. The girl said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I came to pick it up, she says that the cost has increased and instead of the required 8 rubles for soldering one part, they asked me for 15, allegedly for replacing the ring. I paid, went out the door and my pendant fell apart. They were soldered immediately. BUT!!! She put it in her purse and ran without looking at it. Now I see that the spikes are not in the right place. Moreover, the ring with a notch is exactly in the same place as in the previous one, which makes me think that the ring was not replaced at all. There were no spikes in this place, and there are none. Deception of the purest water. The photo shows that the parts of the ringlet are even bent poorly relative to each other.
