It turned out that 2 years have not passed since the purchase and the shoes can be returned under warranty to the store, the master returned the shoes to me. I Googled and made sure that this was the case, according to the law on consumer protection, it is possible to return low-quality shoes, which I did, fortunately I kept the receipt and the box. The money was returned, I bought new shoes. But the master could not talk about the guarantee, do the job and get the money. My respects!
