It can be used because:1) the prices are standard. 2) they know how to work, but they are afraid because of the "crazy" feedback and because of this they make orders somewhat slowly and excessively (well, at least it turned out that way to me) qualitatively. 3) uncluttered shoemakers (about 0% of the mat) and excellent pranksters (next to the Russian Embassy , but without norms. the reason is the best topic for diluting the situation). .
