They are always polite and attentive. They remember people and even what medicines a person buys. They try to order the necessary medicines. They will always advise and recommend a good quality product if a person cannot decide.
A great pharmacy. If necessary, they will provide competent advice. Previously, many drugs were often cheaper. Almost none now. I go to this pharmacy less often, because similar drugs are cheaper in the nearest pharmacies. The advantage is that the opening hours of this pharmacy, that it is on the way to - from the subway, closes later than others and opens earlier, a large selection of products. Most often there are two pharmacists, so you don't have to wait in line for a long time.
The employee consulted and oriented the cost. Politely and culturally. The pharmacy is clean and tidy. The downside is that I didn't have the drug I needed.
There have always been difficulties with this pharmacy. I went there only if absolutely necessary. Always, long queues and work through the stump.
But today, there was just a fantastic display of incompetence.
I come and tell you what I want. And she just starts talking to someone else, didn't change the subject, didn't ask for a minute... I'm waiting for the pack. She's talking.
I ask tactfully: Am I bothering anyone?
And nothing changes. I'm still not being served...
turned around and left...
the place is dark and the height of irresponsibility.
