On December 18, I gave my laptop to be cleaned and replaced with thermal paste and thermal pads. I do not know, perhaps I came across such a "master", but after this cleaning, the cooler on my laptop stopped working, a dent appeared because this "master" screwed in the wrong screw and two juicy scratches on the laptop lid. He didn't identify his joints in any way and didn't tell anyone, he just decided to take advantage of the fact that I didn't take the laptop. He showed that he was working, took the money, and that was it. There is no receipt for the work done. 120p for cleaning and breaking the cooler with a dent on the case and scratches. The worst service, before considering it, think carefully several times, are you ready to take such a risk?…

The only organization that responded to the phone call "in the night" (they were the 7th ones I tried to call. All of them were told to work until 21:00). They politely and patiently explained several times what needs to be done to restart the equipment to make it work. I turned to this service with a Samsung smart watch, they stopped charging. In the service, master Pavel Nikolaevich, took up diagnostics. At the same time, an inappropriate dialogue went on from his side. As a result, I opened the watch, diagnosed the battery failure. He simply said to throw it out and buy new ones. My watch is not cheap, so just take it and throw it away. I did not do it, I brought it to the Samsung service center (Dzerzhinsky, 126). With this center, almost immediately, they said that the charger itself, not the clock, was not working properly. The master put it on his charger, and the watch began to charge. That is, it wasn't about the clock. It turns out that the master of the Remdevice service center, Pavel Nikolaevich, not only broke the tightness of the watch without any sense, but also diagnosed the breakdown incorrectly. This casts doubt on the high qualification of the masters of this center.

After opening the watch, a battery failure was diagnosed. Not a deep discharge, nor a replacement charger....the battery is simply diagnosed as not working properly. Yet again. I had to come back with a claim, we did.... For a week! I contacted the Windows installation workshop. They said that the work would take +/- an hour. An hour later, they said they needed to wait a little longer. It turned out that it was necessary to wait not a little, but another 45 minutes because there was some kind of lock on the laptop. And then they said, come and get your laptop. In the service itself, the master accused me of conflict and said that for this reason he would not do anything and installing Windows was not his responsibility at all.
Plus, he lost my charging bag and stubbornly argued that I did not leave it and even maliciously offered to check the cameras. As it turned out, I still left the package.
Today I was in another workshop, everything was done there in less than an hour and they were surprised what kind of blocking I'm talking about. I think your master just couldn't install Windows, so he decided to blame me in this situation so that there would be an excuse to return the laptop. Although it was possible to just apologize and say everything as it is. I give minus 10 stars for disrespectful attitude and lack of professionalism.
