I want to thank Master Roman for the responsible and high-quality execution of the work on the resuscitation of the Samsung oven. I made a fairly accurate diagnosis and identified the problem on the spot, negotiated a price range for the work, beyond which we did not go. There was a problem with the oven door, glass gluing and restoration of fasteners were required, so the master and his partner dismantled and took the equipment to the workshop. After 3 days, they were returned and put in place in working condition. There were difficulties with the reverse installation, the guys honestly and scrupulously worked for an hour to do everything neatly. In general, young responsible guys, it's nice to cooperate. Master Roman makes contact, willingly tells in detail about the nuances of the breakdown and the restoration work required.

I've never seen a worse office than this one. It was necessary to remove the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, at the first call with the master, he offered to leave right on that day almost at any time, but this option did not suit me and we agreed on Sunday. The master arrived on time in general, partially disconnected the air conditioner (wires and tubes, while maintaining the frion), but at some stage of the work it turned out that he could not remove the block himself, because there were no tools needed with him (why come to order without a full set of tools at all?). It was agreed that the master would arrive the next day in the morning. The master stopped responding to messages, I had to call him when he did not arrive at the agreed time in the morning, his answer was - the boss gave an important object, I can't come to you. After that, another 2 days were spent trying to communicate with the authorities, who fed them breakfast, did not respond to messages and calls. On Wednesday evening, our boss once again asked us to dial him on our OWN, my husband dialed, but the call was dropped with the words that "circumstances have arisen, I will call you back in 15 minutes." He never showed up again. Almost a week was spent on work that was supposed to take 30-60 minutes, and it was needed urgently. And it is NOT DONE as a result. Do not contact this organization if you value your time and have self-respect. From time to time, we were told about some important objects where craftsmen work, but is our object, so, unnecessary little things? With such an attitude towards customers, close your kennel altogether and do not work with people, you are not succeeding.
