Let me explain that this is a studio in an apartment building. There are no landmarks, only a call can determine the location. The studio is renovated, everything is modern, beautiful view from the window, near the metro, shop. But the cleanliness of the room expects the best, crumbs under the table, the kitchen is not very clean, I am glad that the bed linen was clean, in the package. The Jacuzzi tub is leaking. It's not a hotel at all, but a few tiny studios in an apartment building. It is difficult to find a location without calling the administrator, a taxi cannot enter the territory - you have to walk. The price does not correspond to the level of the facility - I canceled this reservation and took a two-room apartment in the very center for less money. It seems that the reviews are hyped - there's not much to be impressed with.

Останавливались с семьей на ночь и остались довольны! Много путешествуем, поэтому столько повидали, но эти апартаменты очень пор адовали. Персонал приветливый, комнаты убраны, кухня, на удивление, тоже чистая. Теперь всегда будем останавливаться тут))

We ask about the price of a replacement number, he says well, the price is the same)))we are like this , but the truth is, that is, the conditions are worse , what we wanted to stay there for will not be (there is an ordinary shower) and the same administrator (we do not know who he is, he did not even introduce himself ) he says that well , the Jacuzzi is not the main thing , although no one even asked him
In general, we did not even ask about the discount, it was immediately clear that there was nothing to talk about with this type
And by the way , they knew about the problems with the light from 11:00 and could have warned us during the first call , but in this institution they didn't care about everything, they hung up at the end and that's it)

Плюсов просто нет. Комнаты прокуренные, кругом грязь, чтобы пользоваться сауной нужно доплата в размере 6000руб. 25 этаж, вид из окна просто ужас. Просто нужно обходить такие места стороной.

Это не гостиница, на фото приложенных к месту всё не правда
Пытались снять жильё, с нами никто не связался. Найти данное заведение самостоятельно невозможно
Прошу заметить, что в данном доме полно одинак овых организация сдачи жилья посуточно, все они имеют в названии "джакузи" и абсолютно одинаковые фотографии
Это многоквартирный дом, максимум,что вы тут найдёте это хостел или просто как я - потеряете время

Обходите это место стороной. ***, деньги не возвращают. Придумывают пово д, чтобы выселить, вызывают милицию и ты ничего не можешь сделать в чужой стране. Сами апартаменты с жуткой слышимостью. Это большая квартира поделённая картонными стенами на маленькие комнаты. Если вы знаете эпизод про общежитие из «12 стульев» это оно.
