The impression remained bad, the lack of service from the beginning to the very end of the evening, only one guy worked as a waiter... It was the second time, the first time two years ago, the service was excellent then, the kitchen was good, the portions were normal. Now it's like we were in another place, the sofas are all dirty, it's just unpleasant to sit on them.... The establishments should be open until 2:00, at 01:30 the lights were turned on, and they said to wait... And the most interesting and surprising thing for our company was that the entrance to local onlookers is free of charge, of course, just come stand on the steps, occupy the entire aisle, and watch... Just watch, and chat with the guard... It's all sad...

The word "absolutely" doesn't make you feel like a cafe. A basement room with a characteristic atmosphere, in general, a "drinking room" is such a "Soviet sausage-beer".
The staff is either tired or very slow, every request is chewed for a very long time (bring a glass / fork, etc.).
According to the food here, as they say, taste and color.
There is only one toilet (shared), so queues arise.
