I don't recommend it. Rome is an expensive city, but for 150 euros per day, the quality of this guest house does not hold up. It is better to pay more but stay in a hotel. The smells of cigarettes, a very cramped room, mustiness from pillows, lack of sound insulation, God, it was not so sad to leave Rome just because there was no need to return to this Guest House.
